This facility has Roman Catholic masses twice a week that was special for my uncle because he is spiritual. For all please consider this facility if you are in need of a rehab center. The chairs for patients are extremely uncomfortable. The patient sinks into the chair and has a serious problem getting up. This place has no windows. The only ventilation is air conditioning that is mostly turned off. After 15 minutes of waiting, 10 patients start having trouble breathing and all cough at once. It is very dangerous for people with asthma. People wait in the hallway or street to avoid coughing. (Maybe keeping the door open will help). Recently I had three doctor's appointments in one day. One appointment was cancelled, and I got there 2 hours early. This place is always full of patients. The nurse Practitioner who usually takes care of me had time to go outside 3 times... I waited exactly 2 hours to be seen for a 5-minute procedure. Next time I will think twice. The choice is yours!

The PT refused to touch her and do manual, and this is not the first time I heard that this happens at this horrific place. They don't care in the least about what's best for the patients. I begged my daughter to call the insurance company to complain and make sure they don't get paid for the two horrible visits, but she didn't have more time to waste on them. If you healthy then perhaps Jag is good for you, but if you have any problem at all -- STAY AWAY! They will do more damage than they will help!

Very busy, juggling with the kids, all his appointments, errands and all, I haven't been able to write a review. Sorry Yelpers! Anyways, we were recommended to come here by a family member and I'm glad we did take the advice. Don't worry about the parking situation, if you're driving your loved ones like myself, plenty of free parking and metered parking just outside the facility. Friendly, patient people here. It does get busy at times, but they allow you to come in and work on other excercises while you wait for a room. Not a huge fancy place, but they have all the basics and all the help you need towards a speedy recovery!
