I sited a request in April 2026. Reminded them several times since then. All I want is some duplicate keys! it's now almost August 2026. I have no status update from Beth at EJF I'm pretty fed up with the lack of management, openness, follow through, degree of detail in all communication, and lack of proper closure.... as management company they should continuously advise as what is the present status and next steps might be and what next steps are recommended.
