We wanted to get our carpets cleaned when moving into our new home. The previous owners had pets. We called Omega. What a waste of $170 spent. We asked for deodorizer for the pet smell. The carpets still smelled horrible and were not even cleaned. I am not sure if anything but water was used. We attempted to get ahold of them and complain and STILL have not heard back 3 weeks later. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I ended up using our own carpet cleaner and doing it myself and pulling out loads of filth. SAVE your money and skip on this horrible job. Wish I could add the pictures I have of all the dirt I pulled out as proof of this guy not doing his job. The only recommendation I will ever give for them is to NEVER use them! read more

I was nervous when my landlady informed us a week before we moved out that we needed our carpets cleaned, but Omega was able to book us for the day before move out even though it was the week after school ended. On the day of our cleaning which was scheduled at 3:30pm, they called and asked if we wanted them to come early! I've never had a carpet cleaner ask to come early! When they did show up they were efficient, quick, and polite. The cleaning in total took about an hour and a half, and the carpets looked better than when we moved in! The price was about 160, and we had to pay cash since we were moving. The only reason that I did not give Omega 5 stars is because when we called they gave us an estimate of $110 and on the day of he was nearly 50 over the estimated cost. If I ever need a carpet cleaning again I will surely call Omega! read more

This guy and this company is the best. He keeps our floors looking great! Personable on time and you wont find a harder worker! I had a fish take issue that left a bad stain on the carpet...he has that thing looking great. read more

I have used Omega for almost 10 years now for rental properties. Abbas is always friendly and does such amazing work-thats the reason I keep using them-the carpets started in a condition where I think I need to replace them and he assured me that he could clean them. I have always been amazed at how well the carpets have turned out. Service is prompt even on super short notice!!! read more

I've used Omega for years. Such great Service and nice people. Always does a great job. Very good prices.

I LOVE omega carpet cleaning. They REALLY know what they are doing and are the only company that I have worked with who can get stains out of our white carpet. Their knowledge of their industry is impressive. We call them often as we have a black lab who really loves to sleep upstairs on our white carpet. They get the job done every time quickly and it always looks amazing. The best part is that my carpet always dries fast because they REALLY work hard to get all the excess water out of the carpet. They are a delight to work with and I can't imagine my carpets and home without them. They are also VERY reasonably priced. You will be very happy if you call Omega Carpets! read more

Professional and did a great job. Had to come back for a retouch and did so willingly. Had them clean our tile too. Much better.

They are great. Very fair pricing and very professional. I have been going to them for years!

We have had this company clean our carpets and upholstered furniture for several years. They have always done an excellent job - everything looks good when they are done and they have taken care of some hard-to-remove stains. Their prices are perfectly reasonable - not the cheapest in town but certainly not the highest either. Very happy with their service, highly recommended. read more

I used Omega Carpet Cleaning here in chico and I wasn't very happy. I saw their coupon in the yellow coupon book that is mailed out to everyone. The prices seemed good so I called to make an appointment. Everything went well till the day of cleaning. When the guy arrived he looked at the carpet and gave me a price that was much higher than the coupon. i was a little shocked. He said that the price didn't include spot remover and there was an extra charge for heavy traffic treatments because my carpets were dirty. Carpets were dirty? Isn't that why a person calls a carpet cleaner? It was too late to cancel and I had moved my furniture so I agreed. After the cleaning was done with the extra charges for spotting and traffic treatments the carpet still didn't look as good as I had hoped. He assured me that the carpets would look better when they dried. About a week later I called him up because the carpets still didn't look that great. I was told it would cost more to have him return and reclean the carpets. I would never use him again or refer others to him. read more

I've dealt with carpet cleaners for years, and I've never been too happy with any of them. But after finding this guy 4 years ago, I won't use anyone else now. I have 4 pets and live in the mountains around lots of dirt - but this guy still gets my carpets amazingly clean. Funny tho - he is very pro-carpet care and will chide you for not keeping it up. I just see it as a passion for his business, but I'm sure it may rub some people the wrong way. read more

This guy is not only one of the hardest working gentlemen I have ever seen, he is good at what he does. Great service and clean carpets. For people writing one star reviews...hmmm , maybe you shouldn't expect miracles when your carpet has stains! read more

I can not say how happy I am with this company. I have been using them for years. One time I had a dog emergency at my house and he showed up within a couple hours to help me with my awful situation. Very honest company and will not claim to do something they cannot. The owner always works extremely hard. I won't call anyone else. My house feels so clean when he leaves. Thank you Omega Carpet!!! read more

I needed our carpets clean asap as my wife was out of town so I called Omega. They sent someone over within a few hours which was great. Our carpets were pretty bad but they got them very clean! Very powerful hot water extraction so the carpets were dry enough to walk on in 4 hours and completely dry overnight. An added plus - the shampoo smell was gone completely when the carpets were dry which will make my wife happy! 4 stars because a few spots were unintentionally missed. read more

I was actually ecstatic when I saw how great of a job they did. Called on Monday and they came out Wednesday and it took about 2.5 hours (the house was empty). The guy said that because of the type of carpet I had, it would be hard to get out some of the stains but in the end it looked amazing. The service Omega performed far exceeded my expectations and the man who came out to my house was very polite and professional too. Highly recommended! read more

The best carpet cleaning in Chico! They really take pride in doing a good job. I have Omega clean the carpets at all my rentals and he tries really hard to get the stains out. A great local family business that I really enjoy working with. read more

We recently moved from Orville to Chico and needed the carpets in our new home cleaned. We used the Omega Carpet Cleaning at our new house for the first time . They did not disappointed us! They were professional, on-time and did a really great job! When we bought the house, we were told that the carpet was almost 5 years old...and that's how it looked when we moved in. by the time Omega had finished their work, I would have sworn that the carpet was brand new! I'd gladly recommend the Omega Carpet cleaners to anyone who has a dirty carpet/rug or just wants to see what their floor looked like when it was brand new! They are the best, I have ever used. read more

I am VERY pleased with the service and cleanliness of my carpet cleaning experience with Omega. Abbas really understood my concerns about my "troubled" spot areas and gave each extra time and care to my total satisfaction! Great service and affordable prices. This is by far the best carpet cleaning company in Chico. I have new carpet cleaners for life and couldn't be happier. Thanks Omega! read more

I have used this carpet cleaning service twice. Both times with horribly dirty carpets and both times with the deep cleaning they have gotten them practically back to perfect! They are often early and call to confirm and are very kind and reasonable even if you can't be as early as they requested. They even fit me into a short notice tight schedule! Thank you! read more

We had to get our carpets cleaned on short notice and called Omega-- a family business. They fit us in the same day. I watched ABBAS clean-- what a perfectionist! This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have had them come out to do our carpets. We will NEVER use anyone else. They are excellent and reasonably priced. Worked very fast, but also did a great job! I was very pleased! The only downfall was they only accept cash or check, and I wasn't prepared to pay those! It should have been explained when I made the appointment, so I could be prepared. read more
