The bulgogi and spicy pork are kind of close to the flavors you'd expect, but the japchae (glass noodles) is different. The noodles are black peppery compared to traditional Korean japchae, and there are no vegetables in the noodles. Except for the warm (not hot) rice and the luke warm (not hot) bulgogi, the ingredients were cold. Cold. The spinach was cold. The sautéed mushrooms were cold. (And they were just either white mushrooms or Cremini.) The scrambled eggs (scrambled eggs?!) were COLD and unappetizing. The sautéed onions were cold. And of course, the ice berg lettuce (lettuce?!) was cold. Cold, mostly non-authentic or traditional ingredients. After eating half of it, I did not finish it. My friend offered me one of his 5 piece drumsticks. They were HUGE. I joked that he ordered turkey legs instead. The chicken was good. I'd give it 4 stars. My meal was brought out to me. Thanks! I asked if there were chopsticks. He pointed them out to me as he was returning to behind the counter, passing them along the way. I would have given him kudos if he would have just gotten a pair and brought them to me. Oh well, no biggie. Just shows a lack of stellar customer service is all.
