Short version - owner is rude, disrespectful, disorganized, unprofessional, and threatens to keep you clothing if she can't locate it due to her mistake. Do not go here. Longer version. Kim made a mistake on altering the straps on my dress and they continued to keep falling down. I brought it back to have it corrected and the owner was rude and condescending to me. She questioned if I got it done there and finally backed down when I offered to bring up my credit card statement. I put name my first name and my two last names on the ticket and phone number so I could get it in a few days. When I came back to pick up the dress, the owner was blatantly rude and disrespectful to me in front of several other ppl. She asked me my last name after waiting several minutes. I provided both names. She couldn't locate my dress. Began raising her voice and yelling at me about it. She then went on to tell me to leave and she is not going to give me my dress and claimed she didn't have it. When I produced the ticket and tell her I'm not leaving without my dress and told her she has no right to speak to a customer that way, again she refused to apologize. She instead became more angry bc she placed the dress under my first name, although that's not what she asked nor is that her system. She double downed when again I calmly said she was disrespectful and made mistake and should not treat a repeat customer this way especially in front of others as they are witnesses to the way she treats ppl and customers.
