The researcher somehow gave different feedback but I was told there is no holds on the account or anything preventing on applying to studies. As a result, I have been in touch with support and informed of the issue and they have not bothered to respond to emails when I sent them screenshots of issues I am having. I have also tried to call and leave a VM and they do not answer. I was told that there has been no issues on the applying but I tell them I cannot apply since the portal seems to be broken. They keep me on hold for a long long long time and never assist.
