I feel that she listens to my concerns and takes how I feel into consideration. Her office is often overwhelmed with the possibility of double booking. She appears to be rushed but seems to handle it well. As always, ask a lot of questions. Overall I will continue to keep her as my physician but just allow 3 hours wait time to complete my visit.

I know for a fact that him/his staff saw my review because about three to two weeks before I had given birth, I got a phone call from his office and even a private call that was blocked from them telling me how I couldn't come in to my appointment anymore with my child. Instead of him apologizing or even saying anything about his "sexy" comment about my child, I get told that I cannot bring her in with me or I can't go to my appointments anymore. The lady at the reception on the call literally even mentioned that it was because of my review. That was so weird and honestly after that phone call and the next two appointments, I had no intention of coming back. I could tell and feel when he saw me in the hospital that the vibes were off and he sounded short with me as if I was in the wrong. What grown adult man calls a minor child sexy?! I'm definitely not in the wrong for that. Anywho, to anyone that reads this, steer clear of him. Everyone else there is nice but he is a fake as it gets in my opinion. She mentioned that when she went he was rude and off putting with her as well and very short and this was based off of about two appointments she had had with him. She was early enough in her pregnancy to get to change OBGYNs luckily but I was too late into mine that I didn't want to risk having to search for another. Anywho, be that as it may, he's not all he is cracked up to be and I think there's way better OBs than him. Her way of speaking immediately puts you at ease she has this calm, gentle tone that makes you feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. It's rare to meet someone in a medical setting who makes you feel like family, but Willow does exactly that. Her professionalism stands out in every interaction. She's attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, yet still warm and approachable. The office itself reflects her standards clean, organized, and welcoming, which only adds to the sense of comfort she creates. During my ultrasound, Willow was exceptionally gentle. I have put up with the many inconveniences that come with seeing this doctor because, like I stated, he is a decent provider. Now, the reason I'm rating this office with 1 star review now is because of a recent policy they have implemented. If your deductible has not been met, then you must pay $95.00 instead of your normal co-pay. Another inconvenience I decided to look past to continue to receive care from Dr. Arora. I was recently seen for a test.The front office called me the next week letting me know I needed to come back to get my results because they were abnormal (which has been a reoccurring issue since I've been seeing him, this isn't new news). I asked how much this visit will cost since it's just obtaining results, they told me another $95.00. Now, my normal co-pay is $40.00. So I would have to pay an additional $55.00 just to be told what has already been disclosed over the phone with this receptionist. I asked if there was any way I could speak to a provider over the phone to get the results or even have the provider look at my results and prepare some kind of game plan so when I come in for the results they could also preform a procedure to address the issue, so I'm not paying almost $100.00 for them to tell me I need to come back to have a procedure preformed and then pay another $100.00 for that visit as well. Basically, I was asking them to work with me in some way because an additional $55.00 every visit is just a lot when they're making you come back so many times. But, to my dismay, the front desk declined to help me stating that they do not give results over the phone and even if they did, they would charge the $95.00 for that. I asked if they could do anything to work with me in any way and they declined. I'm really saddened and upset about this situation because I'd imagine this is becoming a financial hardship on many of his patients. I don't pay hundreds of dollars every month in insurance premiums so I have to pay additional hundreds of dollars to be seen. I will be switching to a different provider.

During a critical ultrasound, Dr. Villarosa used what looked like a decades-old machine that struggled to show anything clearly. He barely spent thirty seconds scanning before saying bluntly, "There's no fetus, no sac." Without any follow-up, no additional testing, and no second look, he told us it must be a miscarriage. Then, with zero empathy, he asked my wife if we'd prefer to "scrape it out" or take medication. Yes--he literally used the word "scrape." That's how casually he dismissed what could have been a viable pregnancy. He then told my wife to wipe herself off--like the whole thing was routine and insignificant. The coldness, the carelessness, and the outdated tools combined into one of the most horrifying experiences we've ever had. It felt like our baby's life didn't matter. We went to get a transvaginal ultra sound at a facility at st Mary's and luckily found that the fetus had a heart beat and is healthy. This is not medical care--it's malpractice waiting to happen. I also wanted to schedule a small procedure but had to go through Carol. For months and after leaving a handful of messages, Carol NEVER called me back. I was able to schedule with a new physician, be seen, scheduled the procedure and have the procedure completed before Carol called me back.
