This is a MEDICAL condition so how dare he put Obese on tbe document. I probably eat a hell of a lot more healthier then he does. Then I asked to be take off Levothyroxzine and put on Armour Thyroid. He tells me that Levothyroxzine is actually the preferred. I tell him why would I want to put a man made synthetic drug in my system when I can have a natural one. He then processed to tell me I was wrong. Levothyroxzine is not a synthetic man made medication that its made from...blah blah. Well that tells me right there he doesn't know his medication. Then when he sends the Armour Thyroid he sends it as some weird name its not even called then was rude to my pharmacy telling them other pharmacies can get it....well so can mine when the actual medication is named proper. Then he sends 2 different strengths which is NEVER heard of. My Endocrinologist that I saw in Palm Springs for yrs when I lived out that way was the one who showed me that Levothyroxzine is actually a synthetic man made medication and I think he would actually know this since its his line of work. I now have an appointment with an Endocrinologist to get me the correct dosage. When I called this office I told them about the 2 different strengths called in and they even told me....no way....not done that way.....one pill. Not 2 separate. I won't be going back to see him ANYTIME at all.

Zero professional courtesy, zero interest in being a partner with you and your child's care, and zero interest in providing good customer service. In particular I would like to give a huge thanks to was Alina , as well as her office manager Ilsse . My son is one years old and went in Friday for a stat x ray on his chest for pneumonia , it was late Friday so of course with the weekend coming up, it wasn't promised I would get the results before Monday. Even after the office closed , Alina called me and assured that she would continue checking for results even after hours . She did just that and then some ! She reached out to her office manager Ilsse who then called me late night to let me know she was continuously checking the system . Even though the results were not in yet , which was not on their end . The way these two went out of their way meant so much to me as a mother . The weekend went by unfortunately with no results but as soon as the office opened Monday,Alina called me immediately and gave me the results , and also scheduled me within the next hour for a follow up with the doctor . She's also being sued by another PA that was really good PA, Justin Atkins in Los Angeles, CA. From what the case says is that he's suing for breach of contract. I finally got fed up and changed doctors and after doing that her office staff called me asking to call them cuz they want to book an appointment for me. I'm still waiting for scripts to be filled and the pharmacy is trying to get ahold of them to get them filled. I waited about 5 months for testing equipment. This just isn't acceptable. She needs her license taken away. And she also has another office in Apple valley as well. We were seen the same day. We called the office at 9 am (right when they opened) as Amanda was very kind and accommodating, she told us to come right in. We've never had to wait more than 15 mins to be seen in the past three years. Dr. Murthy saw him by 930 and diagnosed him followed by Cynthia giving him a breathing treatment soon after which made him feel soooooo much better instantly. In addition both Dr. and Cynthia were very attentive and comforting to our baby boy and made sure he knew he was good loving hands. Needless to say we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I showed up for my appointment today (which I had scheduled and was on time for), but I happened to forget my purse in a rush. Instead of working with me, they refused to see me over a copay, even though the balance was minimal and I've never missed a payment before. They insisted on speaking with Dawn from the billing department, who first claimed I hadn't paid my last copay. I then provided proof from my FSA, and only after that did they change their story and claim I owed $10.24 due to a 20% responsibility under my PPO plan. Completely unprofessional and clearly not concerned about patient care. I will be finding a new provider. The way this was handled was not only inconvenient, but pathetic. Dr. Sharma's staff was beyond rude and exhibited discriminatory behavior towards my sister/family as patients whom they were supposed to be helping. We brought my 12-year-old sister to his team for a general check-up. She has severe autism and we called her in advance as a courtesy to them as doctor's offices can sometimes make her a bit anxious.
