In the 4 months I've been doing yoga I've learned and grown so much and I owe a lot of that to Yoga1. The instructors are very personable, encouraging and helpful. Before they do hands on adjustments hey ask if they you are comfortable with it if not they will only give verbal corrections. There are no mirrors in the rooms which I love because I can truly just focus on the class and ensuring proper form. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The check in desk is where I was greeted by the owner Susan! She offers yoga mats & towels for a very small fee. I noticed some super cute clothing and jewelry for sale. While I waited to sign in I glanced over to my right...... I enjoyed the lovely white curtains as they caught the wind, blowing in and out. The actual studio was like being in a retreat away from all of the hustle and bustle of the real world. The floors, the inspirational quote on the wall & the basic/simple ambiance! The class was enjoyable & the stretches felt really good! Susan was fabulous! She definitely interacts around the class to ensure this newbie was doing it right! I felt comfortable and proud that I was doing this! At the close of class i will mention that she placed nice cool cloths lightly sprayed with lavender across our eyes as we lay there absorbing all of the positive vibes that surrounded us. Very nice touch as I do LOVE my essential oils!!! Her studio was very clean & I definitely noticed all of the love & passion that was put into creating this wonderful space! Thank you Susan for sharing your gift with others!

The studio offers a great deal of classes every day, and now they have added two late night (8pm) classes during the week that are perfect for my more often than not crazy schedule. I've taken classes with 4 of the instructors so far, and they all have been absolutely wonderful. I have been particularly addicted to the Yin classes, since a bout of anxiety a few months ago made me realize I needed to slow down my pace a little and let go. Of all the studios I've been to in Broward and Palm Beach, I honestly feel that PS is the best there is out there. The energy and vibe of the location, the genuine care that each instructor gives all their students, and of course the variety of options for all levels and different styles of practice; all of this, and that intangible je ne sais quoi makes PS Yoga Studios #1 in my book. Love, love, love!

One of the first things I noticed was how big and open the studio room felt. There was plenty of space to move comfortably, and I really liked how heated the class got. It definitely added an extra challenge to the flow in the best way. The instructor was very informative and helpful throughout the entire class. I also really appreciated that she offered plenty of modifications, which made the class feel approachable no matter where you were in your practice. Overall, it was a great introduction to the local yoga scene and a studio I'd definitely recommend if you enjoy a heated class with a spacious setup and supportive instruction.

After reporting it, I was reprimanded by the business's owner instead of taken seriously -- the owner's behavior was dismissive, narcissistic, and unprofessional from start to finish. The owner then blocked me from attending future sessions without making a single effort to call or email and resolve the issue. The place also severely lacks diversity. One receptionist was warm and respectful, while the other -- the white-passing mixed-race receptionist -- had a clear attitude and greeted everyone except me. The energy there feels cliquish and cult-like. Lost interest in supporting that business after those incidents. Found other more inclusive and warm businesses that aligned with my values who were transparent. If you can't even make yoga a safe place for people who do not look like you why are you still in business?

This yoga studio caters to all yoga enthusiasts offering a variety of classes. The studio is extremely clean, the instructors are a joy to be around and it really is a nice environment to be in. She has years of Iyengar yoga experience having studied with BK Iyengar at his Institute in India and going back for advanced training on a regular basis.
