I've used this service a few times and each time it has been a pleasant experience. I've moved with them, they've come back to mount some of my TV's and recently just cut the grass, all which have made the transition to a new place way less burdensome. For the move, the team made the whole process easy from start to finish. They were very efficient, wrapping and handling all of my items with care and professionalism. The communication was great and overall the cost was worth it. I was moving from a two-bedroom apartment, and they had everything packed up and moved in just 2.5 hours! If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I scheduled a move date for April 10th and the movers were scheduled between 10:30-11:30. I received confirmation that movers were in route around 11:20 however it was until an hour passed by that I had to give them a call around 12:22 stating that they were an hour behind. They mentioned that they had issues at U-Haul when I called them. Another hour had passed by and the driver finally showed up however it was only 1 mover. I had to assist the 1 mover with loading the truck, smh. They had no plastic wrap to wrap my items and only had blankets and it was to slide my items down the steps. Once we got to the drop off location, it was stated that another mover would be there to assist. The other mover stated he'd be there at 5:45pm which was 4-5 mins after we arrived. Upon arrival the other mover did not get there until 6:50pm. When moving my items in 1 of my 65 inch TV's were damaged. After consulting with the owner about everything that had transpired during our conversation via phone, it was agreed that they could keep the $278 deposit and that if I didn't write a review they would replace the TV just to turn around and renege on his word and stated that "this was only about billing" incorrect. He wanted to use the rest of my payment to put towards a 65 inch TV! Absolutely not! After asking multiple questions via text he was not trying to replace my TV & I stopped going back and forth via text. This is also why I do not conduct business via phone unless the call is recorded for issues such as this! I also requested my deposit back from PayPal! I am absolutely disappointed and frustrated still. I will not recommend this company and I will not be taking down my post! Do better! read more
