While in Wisconsin my brakes stopped working and ended up having to get towed and repairs due to a pinched brake line. No one else worked on my car and they say it wasn't them who pinched the line. Tried to blame it on road debris. So now I'm out 400 dollars after paying them 1800 to fix my car. Would not recommend this place to anyone. A few days later, I went to fill the gas tank and the pumped fuel poured out. Took truck back, they had it for a WEEK, and returned it to me, no loaner car offered. Then about two weeks later the truck would die if you let off the acceleration. Took it back, come to find out the new fuel tank was an old dirty one that clogged the filter and fuel pump. Further, the transmission mysteriously broke while in the shop, going no where and they wanted to charge $3100, to fix my truck! After 90 days of owning the vehicle, I have only had it to drive for 10 days, spent hours arguing with their managers, talking to lawyers and paying for repairs. At every point, the staff had to be forced to act to do the right thing and I've heard this story from others.
