While in Wisconsin my brakes stopped working and ended up having to get towed and repairs due to a pinched brake line. No one else worked on my car and they say it wasn't them who pinched the line. Tried to blame it on road debris. So now I'm out 400 dollars after paying them 1800 to fix my car. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Not only did I over pay for the job they did by about 700 dollars im also out another 400 for more repairs

A few days later, I went to fill the gas tank and the pumped fuel poured out. Took truck back, they had it for a WEEK, and returned it to me, no loaner car offered. Then about two weeks later the truck would die if you let off the acceleration. Took it back, come to find out the new fuel tank was an old dirty one that clogged the filter and fuel pump. Further, the transmission mysteriously broke while in the shop, going no where and they wanted to charge $3100, to fix my truck! After 90 days of owning the vehicle, I have only had it to drive for 10 days, spent hours arguing with their managers, talking to lawyers and paying for repairs. At every point, the staff had to be forced to act to do the right thing and I've heard this story from others.

Didn't think much of it but as I was test driving it, it reaked like burning oil. I asked mark about it and he assured me it was residual oil from having it serviced and he would have them wash it down. I agree, buy the car and let than 6 months later massive coolant leak. I take it in and a shop quotes me 4k for oil leak and new radiator. I spend about another 2 grand on oil, wipers, tires, and what not. Last month the ac stopped working and the last week the air suspension craps out. I take it in and ask if they could tell me what's going on with the suspension. Brice agrees and I get a call with a quote of over 14k worth of repairs. I talk with Mark and explain what's going on and he says that I bought it "as is". I drive to get my jeep from SF and when I get there brice tells me it will be $200 for get my car back and I tell him he never told me I would have to pay 200 and I couldn't until Friday. He says "too bad, your not getting your car". His words.My dad buys tons of cars from them so I just trusted my dad's judgement. But I feel like this is criminal.

I've dealt with Toyota for years and I've bought 10 vehicles, and I've never had a dealer tell me I needed this preventative maintenance. Even though they could not work on my vehicle because it was a recall issue they helped us out by letting us leave our vehicle there until after my meeting and also gave us a ride to our hotel that night and back again the next morning. This was a surprise to me as well as it never mentioned it. Yes the damage had been fixed but this still shows up on a Carfax report and I feel effects the trade in value. Also I found out the truck came from an auction in New Mexico . I know by law they didn't have to disclose this because the dollar amount was not enough where they have to report it by law.
