Established in 1989.

We started in the boat industry back in 1989 As detailers and upholsterers and added electronics and interior restoration and upgrade we then entered into the rv market in 1998 as the Boat market took a slump As the years went on we gradually phased out the Maine aspect of the business and invested in the Rv side of it fully we started in Wyoming Michigan and has a shop in st Petersburg Florida as well till 2001 we sold the shop in Florida to grow our business in michigan Untill covid hit and lock downs put us out of business we moved what remained in 2020 to South Dakota and have since seen record growth in our new community and SD will be our permanent home for ever

We found a few things wrong took photos and e-mail them to Jack's. It is now August and the things we needed fixed are still not fixed and the big kicker to all of this is I called several times to see how things were coming along but did not get a good answer. Like I said it's now August and no calls and nothing done. Good luck to all that deals with them.....

We recently purchased a new to us RV and when we got it set up for the first time, discovered that the main slide would not retract. The sellers told us that Retro Tech had done some work on it so I reached out on a whim to ask some questions. Long story short, we weren't told the whole story on the initial problem with the slide and Todd and his crew came through in a BIG way for us. They were under no obligation to help us but they agreed to come out and fix it and then gave us some tips for going forward, as this type of slide system was not one that we were familiar with. They provided AMAZING service for a phenomenal price. I cannot recommend them enough. They kept in contact with us throughout the whole process and even ordered us some spare parts to keep on hand. (I tend to get a little bit nervous when we are out and off grid, I want to be prepared!) If you need any work done on your trailer, I would highly recommend them with no concerns at all. You will be taken care of and your work will be done right! read more

WORSE experience we have ever had .. Drove are RV to Huron for a 9:00 appointment to have are RV's roof and side channels done . Doors locked so called owner asked him where he was . He proceeded to YELL, CURSE . Told us to take are -------- camper about of here .Ran into the owner at a gas station heard him ranting to the cashier about the conversation . CANNOT believe this man is still in business . we have never encountered anything like this .. We will definitely be spreading the word on this very unstable, unprofessional "business owner" . I was passing through Huron around 5:15 pm., went over railroad tracks and tires made a bad sound,…read moresmelled rubber burning. Looked up auto repair in Huron and B&B came up. I called at 5:30 and asked if they could look at it. Wyatt, who I later found out is the owner, said he would. Eventually Wyatt and another mechanic found out a strut broke and they as rubbing in a tire. They hurried up and called Oreilly and found a strut. In a little more than an hour they had me on my way. Half that time was waiting for the part to arrive. Wyatt and his mechanic (wish I got his name) were awesome. It was as late in the day. They could have said they'd get to it the next day. They could have charged whatever they wanted and I would have paid. They were actually under price because I had just had struts put into another vehicle. I was over 2 hours from home but because of the great service I made it in no time. I would recommend them every time.
