I took my 16 yo cat in on 5/12/26 for a recurring UTI she was showing a little blood in her urine I called and they said it could be a long wait but to bring her in we waited 2 hours before we were seen and then they took her back for a few more hours of course I trusted she would be well taken care of Little did I know. She was in Good health other than the UTI but somehow she died they tried to say she was sicker than she was but I know my cat she was not that sick THEY KILLED HER! The vet said "I wish there was more of me" which let me to believe she had been neglected she also said they did some sort of sedation to do a urine withdrawal which had never been done at our other vet I believe they are incompetent and uncaring I am sad my cat's life ended that way DO NOT GO THERE! read more

I was taken to a room just about 8:00 in the evening the medical assistant came in, took his temperature and said someone would be in shortly. 4 hours later, after no one had come in, we left. I took my extremely sick cat to Blue Pearl Pet Hospital in Olympia. They examined the cat and recommended $2500 worth of testing to determine the cause of its illness. They completely missed the very large bite (abscess) on its chest but did notice that it had an increased temperature. After paying $680 for a blood test that did not show the cause of the illness,, I realize that additional testing would result in a treatment cost that I could not afford even though the high cost of treatment was not discussed by the technician. They treated the cat for a stomach illness, and I brought him home. He continued to get worse, and I was afraid that I was going to lose him until I noticed the very large ruptured abscess on his chest that was missed by the hospital. I took him to a local vet the next day who gave him antibiotics and he has improved dramatically. When I called the pet hospital to complain about them missing the abscess, they told me that I was lying, and even though the cat had spent a day and a half inside that abscess had not been there when they examined the cat. I do not recommend taking your animals to this pet hospital! they reached out to me for a review and asked me to contact them if I had any problems, but they never responded when I sent this information to them. read more

Absolutely terrible vet! They killed my puppy. When I called and told them that their vet pretty much killed my dog and that I would like a partial refund for the misdiagnosis. They gave me some BS answer on how they did their job and pretty much how it was all my fault that my dog died. We waited eight hours in the waiting room with my dog pooping blood to only be told that he needed a suture. He ended up passing his sleep that night.. I regret every day ever going to this place! My son had been throwing up multiple times, was even throwing up blood, was very lethargic, bloated, his gums were pale and he had been stumbling around the house screaming (yes he's drama but I know when my own dog is genuinely in pain/ very scared and he was absolutely both) I told them he had gotten into at least 3 different types of highly toxic to dogs kind of human food and he was severely shivering. We were denied medical attention for 6 hours because there was "more important emergencies" we got there at 7am and left to go to a different vet around 1 because they still hadn't even taken his vitals. They just kept telling me "we are so sorry, just a little longer" and 6 hours later we walked out entirely unseen/untreated. I honestly see no excuses. We had to watch at least 7 different dogs get taken back for their regular check ups (I know this because we were in the lobby hearing "so and so is here for their check up" but my son doesn't get seen?? I took him to a different vet and he ended up having severe intestinal blockages and had to undergo surgery. But here at blue pearl, he was deemed perfectly fine to sit and wait. I am so disgusted. Don't even bother trying to reply. My experience speaks for itself and I don't want to hear "there probably were more important dogs in need" because my dog was absolutely in need and we were made to feel like a joke here. I wrote a glowing Google review for Blue Pearl earlier this year, but my most recent visit was exactly the opposite. (Maybe because it's new mgmt. and Lisa Parshley is gone) I was greeted by two deadpan, unsmiling, bored looking staff, who barely made eye contact and showed zero compassion. They took my info and told me to wait without so much as a hello. I know working at an emergency vet has got to be super stressful and hard, especially when it's busy, but their customers need their compassion and support. It might be just another emergency to the staff, but it's an emotional crisis for the animal patients as well as their humans. I brought my cat in at 10:00am, and waited until 6pm for someone to take and then read exrays. Each moment of that was excruciating. They were busy, but taking someone's injured or sick pet in back and leaving leaving the owner alone in a little room for almost 3 hours without even checking in and giving them an update, is not acceptable. After three hours, I went home, left my cat there and asked him to call me as soon as they knew anything. I didn't hear anything from them until that evening. And most importantly, their prices are criminal. The charge for surgery for a bowel obstruction was $6000 to $8000 to $10,000. This, after already paying over $2000 for tests, etc. when I walked in the door. Corporately run Pet ER's don't seem to care about anything but profit, and are responsible for thousands of unneeded pet deaths by putting people in the devastating position of having to choose to let them die because they don't have thousands of dollars to spend on them. If you have to see an emergency vet, I feel completely comfortable recommending Blue Pearl in Olympia. They are highly trained and competent, compassionate, and well-staffed. The facility is equipped to handle most serious cases, and is clean and large. They triage well in a way that makes sense, and explain every step. Yes, they are very expensive but it's because this is not an ordinary veterinary practice - it's an emergency and specialty hospital with a very large trained 24-hour staff and all the supplies and equipment needed to save your pet. My cat was admitted with a blocked urethra and they treated him immediately and caringly. They let me see him whenever I asked. They performed emergency surgery then monitored him closely to make sure he was out of the woods before releasing him to my care. They did everything they could to make him comfortable and help him heal. If you do go, apply for Care Credit to pay your bill. It's interest-free for a certain number of months. One thing I recommend is don't rely on the phone to get updates on your pet while they are being treated here. The vets and staff are literally jumping from one emergency to the next and taking care of hospitalized pets, and don't have time to call you. I highly recommend coming in once or twice a day and asking to see your pet. This way you can ask questions and determine how your pet is doing, feed them yourself if possible (many pets don't want to eat while here but sometimes you can get them to eat). It's also great for your pet's morale and yours! read more

We recently moved to the area so were looking for a neurologist to help us with our dog who experiences seizures. We live 2 1/2 hours away from Olympia as neurologists are a rare specialty for animals; Blue Pearl Olympia takes that into consideration being flexible with us which we really appreciate. Dr. Hicks and his neurology team listened to our concerns and worked with us to devise a care plan. Dr. Hicks has an amazing resume, so we knew we were in good hands. Dr. Hicks also has an affinity for herding dogs, which is why we chose him, but obviously wants to help all animals lead a happy and healthy quality of life. Mackenzie, his assistant, is so responsive via email helping us with next steps or to call in meds as necessary. Epilepsy requires adjusting meds and blood draws to try to dial in as much as possible with a standard goal of once a month for a single seizure. Recently, we had our pup's meds altered and have been seizure free for over five weeks when previously we had clusters every 2-3 weeks. Dr. Hicks is trying to minimize the potential for repeat seizures. The whole neurology team is extremely kind as well as professional. The neurology team always gets us into a room quickly to work through a detailed history before the exam by Dr. Hicks. Dr. Hicks came in to discuss what he found and next steps followed by an After-Visit Summary which is so appreciated as it can be hard to remember everything when one is stressed. We feel very supported on this unexpected journey into epilepsy. The front desk is great for getting everyone checked in efficiently as well as checked out after the appointment. They had our dog for almost 24 hours for a simple abscess drain and kept hanging up on us or would put us on hold for half an hour and then ask if we've been helped then put us on hold for another half an hour. I had to hang up on my phone and use my boyfriend's phone to call and would get an answer immediately after being on hold for over half an hour. My MIL suggested they put a tube in and they said no and made us come back for another $500 operation to put the tube in after spending $1800 the first time. They provided excellent emergency services at an EXTREMELY HIGH cost! I realize this is emergency care, and not the regular vet, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and 4 stars. They lost one star only because of the cost. I'm sorry, but all pet owners can't afford this and I think the ER pet hospitals take advantage of how much we love our fur babies. My husband and I have owned several pets over the years and we'd like to think we're responsible pet owners by taking them in at least once a year for a wellness visit and vaccinations. We also take them to the vet when they display signs of illness or injury. We have 2 French Bulldogs. Yes, I KNOW they come with health issues because of the inbreeding. I'm not here to deny that. But when one of your dogs goes to the regular vet on a Wednesday and has blood work, X-rays, and an exam and gets diagnosed with aspirational pneumonia, then gets sent home with 2 weeks of antibiotics and it costs almost $900, that's pretty shocking. Then, on Saturday of the same week, you have to take your second dog to the pet ER hospital for the SAME EXACT THING, and it costs almost $5k, that seems a little ridiculous. They also kept him overnight and gave him a 24 hour IV of fluids and antibiotics. BTW, he showed he was improving by weaseling his way out of the first IV so they had to put in a second. That's why he has matching stripes. Lol. That's a Frenchie for you! Both of our dogs are insured and, thankfully, we'll be reimbursed for some of that cost (I hope). I still want to say the team at Olympia Veterinary Specialists did a great job with our little guy and he's on the mend. They are still operating under Covid protocol so you have to park and wait for them to come to you. The process and communication was great, and the staff we interacted with were very friendly. IMO, the whole pet ER system is out of control. They sort of have pet owners over a barrel because who wouldn't want to do everything they could for their fur family members? We rushed our mastiff mix in after a dog attacked him while camping. While we made the drive I called ahead to let them know we would be coming in, and asking how the process works, wait time, etc. The service started phenomenally from the phone call. The receptionist (Lindsay?) was VERY informative, and did let us know that because he was stable there would be a wait, but he would be soon ASAP. Once we arrived I checked in, and they let our boy stay in the car because he is dog reactive. They made me feel very comfortable at the desk, and shortly after a tech came to the car to check our boy out. She let us know there were two more urgent cases, and whatever emergencies came in, but he would be seen after. We appreciated the honesty! It was the night of Fourth of July so we expected nothing less. We were seen by Dr. Gurmukh Thandi. He was phenomenal! Very big dog friendly, and understanding about reactivity. Our dog warmed up to him very quickly. He was clear about the uncertain possibilities of our dog's limp and didn't jump to a diagnosis without an uninformed decision. He was very upfront about cost and possible outcomes. Very down to earth and easy to talk to! Carly (spelling) was our tech, and she made our entire night so much better!! Best vet tech either of us have ever had experience with. You can tell she genuinely loves her job. She immediately poked her head in and said, "I heard there's a mastiff in here!" Sat on the floor and cuddled him, lifted all of our spirits. We've had negative experience when it comes to our big boy so it was SO appreciated after the day we had. She took the time out of her night to spend extra time with us to answer our general mastiff questions, print out informational materials for us, and suggested a couple of general vets who are more friendly towards bigger breeds. She was the highlight of our night, and we were so thankful she was there! The entire team at Blue Pearl was fantastic. My boyfriend and I told them we wished they had a regular clinic multiple times, and I've said it a few times since being home. It was a hard night for us, but the care we received made us feel so much better. I can't say anything better about the care my dog received. I'll start with the good. Dr.Hicks was amazing and I appreciate his honest evaluation of my cat and the care he provided him. Edited to add the assistant (Lindsay) that came in finally to help me with checking out Tiger was amazing . She deserves a salary increase. The rest was incredibly frustrating and shocking. I brought my cat in with a back injury and tech takes him from me and lets his hind end dangle, i had to yell he has a back injury please support him. ER vet first told us our cat was shook violently and had separation in his spine and abdominal wounds etc... which was shocking to me cause i only noticed one on the spine.. after xrays comes out and says he was shot. Ok. What about the other wounds.. oh he doesnt have any or separation in his spine.. uh wtf.. was he even thoroughly examined? Did you look at the correct cat? No one was able to answer questions on the quote when I asked. Previous vet tech here.. you should be able to understand what is on a quote!!! Especially when you are presenting it to the client and asking for money upfront. Was also handed paperwork for someone elses pet. Quote could also not be updated by front staff to reflect stuff i had already paid for , records had not been sent to insurance yet to start the process (requested two days ago), was kept waiting way past my scheduled appointment time . Hour later still sitting here. They also are trying to charge me past the high end of the quote when an mri was not performed and attributed to over 3k of the high end of the quote! Said well we need you to pay and then can work it out on monday and refund you when our auditor is in.... So to clarify on a friday at 10am there is no practice manager or anyone to discuss a quote with when you are charging me past the high end of my quote for less work done.. simply inexcusable. After taking our cat Sparky for emergency care, we were overcharged. It took 6 days to get reimbursed for the difference, but more importantly they told us to take Sparky home BEFORE THEY READ HIS XRAYS!! The staff was rude and disrespectful to my husband. We will certainly not be back. We waited over 3 hours in the parking lot, as they still follow covid protocol, and told we could take him home that nothing was broken. After asking when his xrays were reviewed, we discovered that the surgeon never saw his x-rays for another 2 hrs. The bill was $1,400 and our card was charged over $1,600! When we called asking an explanation they hemmed and hawed. When my husband asked to speak to billing they gave him back to the head surgeon...this place is unorganized and doesn't know what it's doing. 6 days and we still haven't been reimbursed. read more

There is no amount of apologies or comments from this facility that will make me ever recommend this vet to anyone. I would give them 0/5 if I could. I took my cat in for a stomach blockage assessment because he was excessively vomiting. I thought he was likely ok, but I wanted peace of mind about his situation and my vet didn't have any appointments left for the day. I was only going to this facility for an exam of his stomach and mouth to see if they agreed in not seeing anything lodged in his throat or feeling any blockages in his belly. I also wanted their input to see if they thought we should take an x ray or an ultrasound. During intake, I was asked if I consented to urgent care medical treatment from $600-1200. I explicitly said no and I stated I would like a phone call before any treatment he received. A few hours in around 7pm, I was informed by a friendly tech that he hadn't been seen yet and that he was very anxious and breathing fast but they would be seeing him soon. A few hours after this, I called around 9pm to check in since I never got an update about him. At this time, I was informed he was in an ICU room and he was having issues breathing. I felt very unsettled by this conversation after reflecting because we did not go in for a breathing problem and nothing was mentioned about his stomach at this time. I called back and asked some follow up questions. I was finally able to talk to medical staff who told me he had in fact been seen by a vet many hours prior, however, the vet never called me with an update. Per this conversation, his stomach was not addressed in the notes but it was noted he was still breathing heavy. I asked if he had vomited since being admitted and the tech stated no. I was told again he was having breathing issues and he was placed on oxygen and was now a high priority for further assessment from the vet. Unfortunately, I did not consent to the oxygen. I had explicitly stated NO and that I wanted to be included in all medical decisions made by this facility and that was sadly not done. They don't allow owners inside and it was passed between shifts that he was having breathing issues, which was from the anxiety. Since he couldn't communicate with that he had stomach issues, it was lost in translation that he was there for a stomach concern. At this point, I asked to be discharged because I was very uneasy having my pet in a facility that implements treatments without consent. Why bother asking that admission question if you are not going to follow up with the owner for the plan of care? This facility is incredibly unethical and unsafe. My cat never got assessed for what he came in for, was placed in a higher level of care without my knowledge, and was given treatment without my consent. At the end of the day, yes it was oxygen, and it is likely it did no harm, but how incredibly terrifying to imagine they may had given him a medication or done a treatment that I would not have agreed to. If I had been made aware he was having such horrible anxiety hours prior, I would have opted to monitor him at home over night and get him in elsewhere in the morning. I also was attempted to get charged for the o2 administered without my consent. I am very grateful the receptionist took good notes and made sure to include in my intake that I did not consent to care without having a conversation with me first. I think this is a very dangerous, disorganized, and unethical facility. I also paid $200 for an exam. I never spoke with a vet about what exam was performed, how he looked, and I only got to speak with techs when I called. Per my conversations, the exam also was misinformed and was focused on his breathing instead of the issue we came in for. In the end, my cat is completely fine, he started purring right when he got in the car and his breathing settled. I never got his stomach checked out, but I plan to get a follow up with his primary vet tomorrow since this place didn't help me at all. read more

Corporate greed has overtaken the BluePearl Pet Hospital in Olympia. The staff and doctors at the Olympia location are awesome. I highly recommend them. Our dog has been treated at OVS Cancer center for the last 3 1/2 years. In 2024 OVS was bought by Blue Pearl. Our dog has been receiving quarterly treatments for pain and we have been able to afford these quarterly payments without any pet insurance. However, when we dropped off our pet today, one of his medications for pain jumped from $36-$38 to over $400. TEN TIMES the amount in an economy where we are all struggling to afford basic essentials. His total bill more than doubled from under $400 to now over $1000. Blue Pearl corporate only cares about their corporate greed and profit, they do not care about the quality of life for our animals in today's economy. Shameful. I will be looking to local vets for the same treatment and am sad for the wonderful employees that work at Blue Pearl, because this will be a loss of customers for BluePearl and I know they are not behind the usurious increase in fees charged for important medications for our furry family members. read more

We brought our cat here last week for a life-threatening injury. There were lights on, but no one at the front desk. Just a sign that said to call. I frantically call and after having to navigate the "press 1 for..." menu, I learn they are closed due to staffing issues. I totally understand being closed due to staffing issues but put a sign in the window. Don't make someone who is in distress, with an injured animal call and navigate an automated menu. Luckily, we were able to go to another local emergency vet and received excellent and compassionate care. read more

We called about some kittens we rescued asking for medical care. The staff had us come in and convinced us to sign a Good Samaritan sheet to sign over the kittens and have us pick them up at the local shelter. We stayed in contact with the shelter for two days and we found out that they weren't going to the shelter. When we called to try to get them back as promised we were told they were adopted out. One of the four was relinquished without my permission and I wanted him back. It was difficult to get a straight answer from the staff as someone we talked to was very rude. We were then told that they weren't adopted and were still at the clinic. Jessica was the most helpful and understanding person we talked to. I got one of my kittens back and asked if they ever got treatment and they said no. They are 6 weeks old full of worms and flea infested and got no treatment for 2 days. We were promised that they weren't going to get taken care of, and they weren't. It took a lot to get them back and when we went to pick them up they were in a used Amazon box... One of the kittens had tape around his neck that ended up pulling out some of his hair. It had a name on it saying they wanted him. read more

Now she found out she doesn't have wings and shouldn't fly off the couch. She hurt her back and is doing very well. She is taking her meds with the pills inside. Our kitten swallowed a shoelace that she had gnawed off where we had it tied. Really stupid and really expensive mistake on our part. As with other reviews, I was taken aback at the final bill, and not overwhelmed by communication and call backs. However I have no doubt they saved her life, and did it on an emergency basis. They did good work judging by the stitch quality and her fast recovery. I never want to have to go back there and have a new interest in pet insurance. All pet owners or those thinking of getting a pet need to consider the possible cost of emergency services (and/or insurance). Our bill was shocking. DO NOT take your tiny puppy (or any family pet) to this veterinary service for ANY REASON. Our puppy was there for a UTI infection for over 5 HOURS while the family member sat in their car the entire time. After several calls over those very long 5 hours into the clinic receptionist to find out what was taking so long, they didn't bother to say, go home, we have an emergency that is critical and all staff will be involved and won't see or bother with your new puppy who is away from her siblings and parents for the first time. They kept saying it won't be much longer. Hour after hour. Family had paid up front but they warned it could be more. (of course it was a ridiculous cost more!) They simply held our puppy in a crate for 5 hours, cold, terrified and shaking, alone, crying with all the other barking and crying pets. She could have been home, but they needed the HUGE amount of charges for a simple UTI infection so decided to keep her instead of saying "take her home, we will run the test and prescribe her something simple in 5 hours". Nope. Our puppy was hostage in this place for over 5 long hours. NEVER AGAIN - shame on them! Our tiny puppy was terrified for no reason and they simply wanted to overcharge for a simple UTI infection. That is normally a quick test and send home with antibiotics (I used to work for a different vet clinic who never would have done these things). They kept saying only the vet can talk to you about this and release the puppy and he is busy with an emergency. Well get some more staff that is "trained" to release the animals without this kind of stupid trauma. The family member waiting in the car finally had enough and said "I'm coming in there, getting my puppy and going home"! They finally released the puppy, who was shaking so badly and crying. They sent the meds home only with insistence. Read all the negative reviews. They are there for a reason. We are so angry at this "vet specialist" clinic. They specialize in over charging, holding pets too long and misinformation, by misleading clients. Never go here with your loved furry family members. read more

This review is a little late, but better late...when Dr. Green first came to the area, my corgi, Zoe, was diagnosed with scaring in her esophagus in 2 places that kept closing up. At a medical conference Dr Green found out about a ground-breaking procedure and prototype. If you love your pet take it elsewhere and do your homework. Some of the staff are rough with the pets to the point of causing severe soft tissue injury. The puppy was brought in for loss of appetite and with perfectly healthy joints. The puppy was discharged 5 hours later unable to walk. Shaking in pain. The rationale given was "the staff was likely little too rough while taking x-rays, puppy fought back would not hold still and in addition the staff probably played little too much". The level of injury to all four limbs reflects lacks of professionalism and discipline in the clinic. I wouldn't be surprised if other pets experienced similar outcome. Go to the clinic where you and your pet will be respected and where you can walk in. You deserve to see who is treating your pet. read more

Was able to get in right away. They diagnosed my cat who was having seizures with enlarged heart. Unfortunately I had to euthanize my cat a few days later but that was no fault of the care team here. Glad this service is available since it's so hard getting into seeing a veterinarian these days. read more

Earlier this week our dog Bandit came down with severe diarrhea and eventually vomiting. He got in such bad shape that during the night we had to rush him to an emergency vet. We were lucky to have found Olympia Veterinary Services. From the moment we called through out the whole treatment they were caring and professional and extremely kind. 2 nights later we were able to take out baby home. This facility was fantastic. I took my GSD for a consult on his hip and knees. The ortho surgeon really spent a lot of time with my pup and answered all of my many questions. In the end surgery was not recommended and my boy is now on meds. I don't know about the emergency part of this clinic but the surgery side was outstanding and will go back. Thanks! read more

Taking your pet to emergency care services by any means is difficult. My pet means the world to me. When my pet hurts, I hurt. I took my 16 year old puppy at the recommended advice from a friend. From the moment I took him he was greeted by caring staff, always someone was by his side providing comfort. The Vetinarians who treated him were patient, kind, and informative. My pet is home now and improving. I could not ask for more. It means the world to our home that he is still with us safe and sound. This clinic might have some nice people who work there. however they need to speak up. My beautiful akita , healthy, strong, sweet one of a kind soul....his name was Tiasho Mogosha and they overdosed him from fear. It was to take an hour ...he had gotten bitten by a spider I think I don't know for sure cuz I didn't see what happened only heard hm jump. Evergreen Veterinary Hospital was Tiasho's regular clinic and they turned us away because of lack of money...they couldn't give me a coupe weeks to pay after 3 1/2 years of going there. So they gave me pills and sent us home... they let him down... and I hold them just as responsible for his death. Olympia veterinary speciality hospital asked me why we were here. I explained about evergreen. and told them what they had wanted to do. I asked her to look at his paw, we never discussed sedating him here at their clinic. I needed to know if him chewing foot wa gonna be ok or should I do more for it. He ripped off the dam cone. he hate them and he got into chewing when it would bug him. this was at night In morning I saw how bad it looked. Anyway they said he bit at someone or bit someone BUT never would show me the person who got bit. it was to take an hour. I gave them time and called from the parking lot to see what was going on and they told me He is sedated and we are going there next. They had no right to sedate him. They didn't have an air tube in him when his heart stopped. It took them 2 or 3 minutes to get one in after the fact. Why Why didn't they do what they were told to do. who ever he bit at and decided it was ok to sedate him is a killer he gave him more and more and more drugs to get him down and my boy fought the whole way and was growling when he was down after they tortured him to get him down. They put all they did to him because of the biting at someone....in the false report of what they say happened. I have people who heard them say he was doing ok ...he is right on tract doing what he should...or he is still doing good...before 7pm and the report says they told me at 7pm he was not going to be ok but I wanted to hold on through the night. at 7:03 pm we went across the street to grab something to drink and maybe eat. They closed at 7pm went to the corner store as it had a subway sign....they closed at 7pm so how could we have that conversation at 7pm when at 6:15 pm I called my aunt crying to tell her what they did to him and i was sitting on the sidewalk outside cuz of covid 19 I couldn't be with him. I will be pick*iting that place if the lawyer I called is to much money cuz then they get away with this...not on my watch. Tiasho is dead intentionally or not they killed more than just my dog....he was everything to me. my world was ok even after all the abuse and being raped and cheating ex....Tiasho was my reason I could be ok with life...he gave e a reason to get up each day he gave me a reason to smile when I never wanted to again he climbed into my heart and saved my soul....and I took him to the worst place I ever could have ....and now I live with the fact they killed him and wont take responsibility for it. They wont even say sorry to me but did to other clinic who let us down. how dare they tell tell them anything about my boy...but this is hwo they wrote it to other place...we are sorry to tell you but Tiasho passed away he was a sweet soul...they new NOTHING about my boy or he would still be here. He never hurt anyone or even tried to He was a bundle of love and happiness...Tiasho made everything a game ....He was my emotional support friend and now I have nothing but wishing I could go be with him I felt safe to go out at night. I have to leave my home of 10 years alone now and Im scared. They took my safety my best friend my everything and acted like oops !!! Oh and then I get a bill for $2343.00 due this month and it says thank you for letting us take care of your loved one anyone want to join my in a good ole fashion pic it ??? I know there are more of you out there...its because no one will stand up to them is why we loose our babies to them. I won't be going back here. My Sweet kitty went here with unknown issues that caused lethargy and not eating or drinking. These guys don't call to update you on anything. I went from 3am until 3pm without hearing from them about my cat. When I called "oh all the doctors are on rotation, oh a critical patient came in..." My cat should be top priority not a number. I am so pissed. Everytime I called in I have a different doctor telling me it could be this thing that will kill my cat, oops nope now it's cancer, oops it could be just dehydration." No one seems to know what the hell they are talking about and we are up around $2,500 and have NO clue what is wrong with out cat. I don't trust these guys at all. It took until 7pm for them to have a specialist look at our cat. Apparently others were more important and the doctors try to "fit" my cat in in between appointments. WTF?????????
