They have also used it for sexual based conversations and forced viewing of minors. Based on unsure illegally captured information they send a group in to rent a room next to the people and then start harassing them. They even listen to private conversations protected by HIPPA and your private protected business information and turn around and use that against you along with other personal information they gather and also pass it along to these common street criminals they hire to harass you even more so they can try and claim no legal responsibility. The hot tubs are in the locker rooms & seemed to malfunction often, which was a little unfortunate, but other than that, no real issues & would definitely move back in a heart beat! Highly recommend! Oh & don't forget the amazing view (from the rooftop) of the jumbotron at Soldier Field - makes for lots of free concerts & events!! ;)

I think one of the most prominent strengths of Asbury is its management and staff. They take actions to proactively engage with the community in a positive manner, as well as respond to asks and feedback with good follow ups and transparent next steps. The management has taken great measures to keep the community not only safe but also upbeat during COVID. They made sure and over communicated the health and safety measures and expectations. They also organized food deliveries and virtual events. I have reached out to the management at different points in time for support. Many times, they have been kind enough to provide support even when they were overloaded with work, and had no legal obligation to help out.  Big thanks to the cleaning and maintenance staff, door staff, and the community managers.

The current situation is, one elevator down, two "working" but to leave and go back down you have to call the front desk and have them send an elevator up to your floor. This has been going on for a week now. Service people occasionally come out, some way or another, another thing breaks and next thing you know, you have a whole new issue. I kid you not. It's so bad and my neighbors and myself are just so unhappy. If you want to move somewhere where morale is low because management doesn't care about you, your dollar or your comfort/safety, then Asbury is your place.

The maintenance team is knowledgeable and fast in their work. They're super kind and tidy up very well too. The whole setup using technology and having modern amenities with awesome views and the rooftop pool is great. Gym is okay but the hot tub is huge it's beautiful and usually pretty open. The units were a bit pricey pre-COVID but you get what you pay for imo. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the charges we received for our transfer and our departure.
