Think about it ... the lot fills up over a period of hours before an event, but then everyone gets out at the same time after the event. Just take your time leaving after the event. We used the South Lot for the BTS concert in August 2026 ... I left a review with the SP Parking people afterward because I thought the parking crew did a great job. I attach to review below. Hello ... I wanted to give you a review of my experience with SP Parking at Soldier Field on the night of August 28 for the BTS concert, and leave a shoutout for two of your employees who were exemplary in their duties. I had four people in my pickup, one of which was an ADA wheelchair person. I dropped them off at the handicap accessible Gate 14 at Soldier Field, and then parked in the Soldier Field South Lot. While there were no handicap spots left when I arrived at the lot, eventually Tommy (the apparent supervisor of the parking crew) got me in a very handy spot. My problem was how to get back to Gate 14 to pick up everybody after the concert, since the South Lot forces everyone to leave from the south end to facilitate exit ... while I needed to exit the north end to be close to Gate 14. Tommy gave me some ideas as did Kerry (or Cary?). Eventually Kerry had me move the pickup to the front of the exit gates that would not be used on the north end, where I could just sit and wait until my people were ready to be picked up ... problem solved. Tommy and Kerry, both of whom seemed to be supervisors, really did a nice job. While I was waiting for the concert to end, I had a chance to see Tommy work with his crew. These people were well trained, everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing, and Tommy showed exceptional supervisory skills. For example, after the lot was filled and the concert started, Tommy had everyone on his crew gather around and he thanked and complimented them on how they had worked the parking lot. He called out two of the crew and complimented them in front of everyone, giving them a reward in thanks. He also called out another member and noted to all that she had worked her birthday. Since it was a breaktime for everyone, Tommy supplied food for all to eat while waiting for the concert to end. His crew ate first, and he ate later; while the crew ate, Tommy did a few more things around the lot to get it ready ... thus giving the crew a real break. Tommy put his crew first and himself second ... and he knew how to take care of his customers (me) and his crew. Tommy's handling of his people was exceptional, and you could see they liked working for him. All to say, everything worked out well and the SP Parking people did a very nice job, especially Tommy and Kerry. Five star work.

They are very strict with bringing clear bags and no water even factory sealed. Of course, a visit to the Bean was obligatory so we parked for just a few minutes on Randolph. I apparently misread the parking signs and when we got back from picture taking, my car had been towed!! A terrible and overly expensive mistake. Not to mention that I had to go down into the bowels of lower level Wacker to retrieve my car (reminded me of the movie - The Descent). Long story short, don't take any chances. I consider this parking lot the best place for a visit to the Bean, Millennium Park, the Art Institute, a Wendella Boat ride, etc. It's all walkable from here. Also, if you come in before 7:30 am and leave after 2:00 pm, you'll get an early bird rate of $14 for the entire day. It's hard to beat that! Security is top notch, they'll check your trunk and the underbelly of your car. You get a ticket upon entering and you can pay at the machine by the elevator so that it's an easy exit. From there, you can easily access LSD or Michigan Avenue. Oh, getting here initially can be tricky because you go one level down below street level, so please see the map which I've attached.

No word on when or how much. The mall itself has very few empty stores and an above average food court. It is spotlessly clean and there is always noticeable security present.

My sister from Michigan had to drive 4:45 minutes We drove 2 hours 15 min from Milwaukee. Then a small loop in the loop and nobody was leaving any open spots... not even the tow trucks. I think it's a free for all since I hardly saw any meter maids or parking police. people parked in loading zones and blocking parts of bus stops. Keep your eyes open for a large green P sign and you will spot parking. And since it was the holiday we were not surprised how every spot was full on the way to the highest level. 11th floor! There were a few cars parked terribly but that's not the fault of the parking business. That's carelessness of the driver. Potentially opening a spot for a very tiny subcompact car or possibly a dunker driver could squeeze in. Just be lucky if you see cars centered around an empty spot. 25/2026 Ambiance 5 clearly lit, good security. Luckily we had no damage or break in during our stay. Service 5 it's pretty much self service as you enter and leave If you have any issues press help on the screen and an attendant will help with the process. Even if you use spot hero App for booking a parking spot. Location 5 higher security at night activation of door locks after a certain time just use your ticket barcode to gain access. Value 5 save a few bucks by using a parking app. Just make sure you have it set up ahead for convenience otherwise you'll be using your metered time at the parking rate

On all the signs surrounding the garage, parking for 0-12 hours is advertised to be $16.00. After my show, I scanned my ticket to pay for my parking and the total came out to $46.00!! So obviously, I pushed the button to talk to an employee and ask why my total was so high, and he had no explanation. I talked to a total of 3 workers throughout this night and none of them were any help. They all said there was nothing they could do for me and that their end said my correct total was $46. I AM FUMING!!!! DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!!!

The prices aren't great, but it's also not a rip-off. A word of warning, there no are sidewalks to get in or out of the garage. You must use the driving lanes, which could be dangerous.
