The surgeon was very attuned to my pain and the procedure went by so quickly, I was shocked--in a good way because I expected it to be longer and more painful (I had two teeth removed). He was available for check ups when I did experience pain which is huge if you've ever tried to heal from a wisdom tooth extraction. The dentist on staff are very kind and informative. They asked about some of my concerns, drafted a treatment plan and walked me through it step by step, identifying the areas of need and what the next steps we needed to take to address different issues. I scheduled a cleaning today and shout out to the dental hygienist, (Gabby, I believe)! She was amazing! She very welcoming and considerate of my pain threshold but also reassuring and caring. I also appreciate that the front desk staff are professional and very helpful especially with scheduling and insurance--researching what procedures are covered and the price points. I never feel like this office is overcharging or trying to price gouge. Ive been to other places in the past where procedures are pricey and questionable but I genuinely trust that this office has my health and best interest in mind when it comes to the treatment plan. When I left the office today I kept thinking to myself, "I've never felt so comfortable and taken care of at a dental office" and that's the kind of experience you want at a dentist office. Very first visit, they took two X-rays of areas that bothered me, I had to hold the X-ray machine up with one hand because the assistant couldn't get it to stay. She also either didn't know the name of the instruments dr victor asked for, or didn't understand. Double red flags I know. Needless to say, I ended up going to another place for a second opinion and I ended up switching to them! Beffa looked in my mouth and didn't even look at my insurance as that second opinion was totally free and other places wanted to charge me an emergency fee! (I had pain even after going back to dr V to adjust the bite where actually the woman ended up adjusting but it made no difference) Long story short, I feel they over charge, and when I went to the other place I felt almost embarrassed when he asked to me "so you just told him 'this tooth hurts' and they drilled it right then and there? They didn't review all of your X-rays?" Because the answers were "yes, and they only took two X-rays".... Apparently, when you're new to a place they X-ray you all over the mouth and review the work that needs to be done. I guess I hadn't thought about it because after that was realized, I remember my dentist in Texas had done that on my first visit too! I scheduled my initial appointment in advance, it was not urgent and I was not in pain. It was an occasional discomfort. Also, as a rn/surgical technologist, many tests have to do with what the instruments are called and used for. No idea how she passed anything by "forgetting the names of the tools". One taught well is trained to know what the surgeon and/or Doctor needs before he even hands over the previous "tool".

We finished paying off the bill in March/April 2016. Then a few months ago we got a call from them saying our check had bounced. I thought maybe they'd called us by mistake, but my roommate's son hadn't seen him lately either. So, they sent me a text with a picture of the bounced check. The first thing I notice is that it didn't bounce, but was stamped, "VOID." Upon closer examination I realized that the check is dated March 2016. It had expired. I spoke with them again and learned that they'd discovered the old check during a recent office move. After spending time pulling up old bank records and printing them out, which showed that our bank had withdrawn the funds, I realized what had happened. In March of 2016 I made the final payment on the bill. IN April 2016, I received another bill for the amount I'd paid several days earlier. The bank at that time showed it had gone out. I called the office to discuss the bill, but they were on vacation. Knowing that the bank sends out a physical check in situations like this, I contacted them and explained that I was worried someone had intercepted the check. They put a stop payment on it and issued a new one. End of problem as far as I knew. After I explained all this to the office manager and pointed out that if they had been in the office, I could have dealt with this at that time. She said they had a right to go on vacation. I said, "Sure, but don't do it right after you send out the bills. People may have questions." Then after asking me if I could prove the bank had pulled out the money and being assured that I could, she told me they wouldn't pursue it as it wasn't worth it. Here's what bothers me most. One, this could have all been dealt with without contacting us if they'd done two things - check the date on the check before attempting to deposit AND when learning it had expired, check THEIR billing records to see if we even had an outstanding balance. Two, we received no apology for the inconvenience they caused us for something that was completely their fault. Just a verbal assurance they wouldn't pursue it any further. We won't be back. I no longer trust the office staff.

I truly feel like they care about you as a patient and that is what you want in a dental clinic. The dentists and hygienists here are always friendly and make sure you're not in any pain while they operate. They do a good job following COVID-19 protocols and making it a safe and clean place. Wait times are never long, I always check in on time and I'm in my appointment minutes later. Scheduling appointments is easy and they usually have good availability. They have a big parking lot and big waiting room too! Overall, this will always be my place of choice for dental hygiene.

He asked if the sonic cleaner was ok and I said absolutely as I've been having that done for years with no issue. He gets started and within minutes of the cleaning stabbed me in my lower gum so hard I actually jumped up and eased what the hell he was doing. I've never had a painful dental situation, I was even awake for my wisdom feel being removed. I have a high pain tolerance and zero dental procedure fear. He made a half hearted apology and carried on after making me feel like he was frustrated that he will have to manually scrape my teeth. He went on to be so rough that three more times he jabbed me the on the forth I had to tell him to stop and he remarked "well it's not bleeding". Through out this was a lack of suction so I was unable to even communicate. So much so that in all my years of going to dentists I had to wave at him to do it. So I paid and left and frankly my teeth still hurt, and I ended up with a headache from it. I'm not sure what the next step is but I'm hugely disappointed with the treatment I received from the dentist, not sure why he had such an aggressive hand and attitude. By the end I felt like I was assaulted. I'm still awaiting the owner to contact me about this issue. I have great teeth, I had a great dentist up north but my work schedule doesn't coincide with their open hours. So I tried out this place to find something that would work. I'll absolutely be going back to my old dr, and just take the hit not working.
