I was told to bring proof of replacement parts purchased and that everything would be handled in the office. Based on that information, I drove to the location. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Instead of handling the transaction as discussed, I was immediately accused of stealing the converters and told I needed receipts for the aftermarket parts installed on the bikes. I showed proof of purchase on my phone and explained that I had been told I could email the receipts once I arrived. At that point I was told that emailing them was not acceptable and that I needed to go print them out myself, and that a police report might be filed. Wanting to resolve the situation properly, I left, drove to UPS, paid to print the receipts, and returned to the store. When I came back with the printed receipts -- exactly what I had been told to do -- I was then told the receipts were "no good" and they still could not accept the converters. At that point it became clear that my time meant nothing. This entire process resulted in a waste of my time, gas, money, and my team's time, and the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily degrading. Businesses should operate with clear and consistent communication. If customers are told what documentation is required and go out of their way to provide it, the requirements should not suddenly change. Because of this experience, I will be advising others in the motorcycle community to avoid this location. I'm involved with riders and instructors through organizations like Motorcycle Safety Foundation and AMA racing circles, and I will absolutely be warning people to stay away from this business and any location operating under this brand. I hope management sees this review and looks into how customers are being treated here. This situation could have been handled much more professionally.

Due to COVID, the city of Phoenix was not offering recycling drop off events so I found this company through an internet search. They take nearly all types of electronics: computers, monitors, radios, DVD players, motors, rechargeable batteries and backup drives, printer cartridges, old power cords, etc. and all for free, but with a small charge for printers, scanners and CRT monitors. I had a scanner/printer that I no longer wanted and that was $5, my monitors, tablets, power cords, were all taken off my hands for free. They also wipe your hard drives. The drop off process was easy, sign a short form in the front office with your contact info and what you are dropping off, pay a fee if needed, then drive around the back and an associate unloads your trunk. They do not have pick up for individuals but do have corporate pickup services. The staff were very friendly and pleasant.

Beyond that, I offloaded a bunch of computer equipment with R3Ewaste, and it was as simple as a Goodwill drop off. Quick form to fill out at the front desk, then drive around to the back and they've got a guy to take it from your car. Like I said, nice and easy!

For example, you can get optical drives or PC power supplies for 5 to 20 bucks. Want an extra PC system or laptop, or need but don't have one because of the cost? Browse the inventory here and you'll likely find what you need and not put a strain on your budget. It's obvious that Westech makes electronics easily available to those who normally can't afford it and those who just don't want to spend much; but also, their resales and donation to local charities and schools keep the electronic equipment out of landfills, thus helping tackle the problem of e-waste (electronic waste), one of the biggest categories of solid waste. Getting great bargains for electronics while helping the environment - who wouldn't feel good about that?

Of all things they will take computers and other electronic divices! If you knew how to fix computers(I do not) they have all the parts here, and the price is great. A really good thing that they do is hold events where you can bring all the items to a location for drop off and you do not even have to go to the Madison location. They do events for Schools , and the Boy Scouts, as well as other charites. I was glad to get rid of my things and not throw them in a land fill. Also batteries off all types. Easy to get to as well if you just want to drive over there.
