I cannot recommend Green Pro Remodeling enough. If you are looking for a job to be done quickly, efficiently and professionally do not hesitate to go with Green Pro!

Robert walked me through the process of creating a "build-in" home office, the cost was reasonable, he was here on time, and he worked hard, but always managed to have time to chat with me so I was kept abreast of the progress of the project we wanted done. He and his helper showed up on time, they worked with us around our schedule to make sure the work would not interfere with the things we had going on during the day. They were timely, and while I was offered a less expensive price, Robert was honest, and kind, always took my calls, and did a perfect job. We love the new home office, simple, yet specific for our needs. I would recommend Shepard's Home Maintenance Expert to anyone needing a good handyman.

After the install, we had leaks going into my son's room. They said it was due to clogged drains and recommended a costly repair. I had to hire a leak detection be done and found the fascia board jutting into my bathroom wall pass the stud. I went with this company because Jeffrey said if anything goes wrong, he would make it right. That was not the case. I am now asking for his liability insurance to cover the damages they have refused to pay.

Serious lack of communication between bosses and workers who often show up unsure what is expected of them to do. Decisions are made two, three, four times as they shuttle different workers onto the site who are unaware of prior decisions. We are on our 4th project manager. Multiple instances of issues caught by us the homeowners before they became bigger problems. Even worse when they know a problem exists and what the proper way to fix it is, Dreamworks will look to the owner and say, "What do you think?" hoping the owner will not want something be fixed properly. Scope of the work consisted of switching a laundry room and bathroom, closing off a doorway, new flooring and a master closet. Our project has gone on for over a year and still no end in site. I would not recommend Dreamworks to my worst enemy. Far from a dream, they are a nightmare.

I don't quite know where to begin, so let's start at the beginning. We met with Bob pre-Covid and…read moregot ideas and had him measure to build a proposal for a cabinet/countertop remodel for our home. He was very professional and obviously an experienced salesman/designer. We came up with a nice plan for cabinets, sink and expanded island (with peninsula). We went "on hold" due to Covid, but revisited and contracted in October. RED FLAG #1- FDR required a 60% deposit at the contract signing and PAYMENT IN FULL for each portion of the job as it proceeds. (When the cabinets are delivered-payment in full is due before installation. Countertop doesn't come off the truck before they're paid in full for that portion). I've learned from past experience to ALWAYS keep a meaningful hold-back to "incentivize" a contractor to complete a job . No hold-back, no leverage to complete in a timely manner. Without writing a novel, suffice it to say that I had many issues with their subs and their own installers. Every step of the way, I had to call their "scheduler and logistics person" Teresa numerous times to get on a schedule for install and/or repair of errors. Emails and return phone calls late night, on weekends to arrange for NEXT MORNING arrivals. Cabinet installers working on a Sunday to "keep on schedule", electricians at the job at 8pm, so as not to delay the plumber (who had to be called back three times to complete the work without leaks or errors). An extended disagreement regarding the support and appearance of our oversized quartz peninsula that finally was resolved. We had to be that never-ending "squeaky wheel" to get the job completed to our satisfaction. I was fortunate enough that they had made a small error and I owed them a l balance towards the end , or the job may have taken even longer than the two additional months that it had already overrun. The communication with "scheduling" was horrible. At times bordering on rude and belittling. I must say, however that all issues which we took up with ownership or our designer were quickly addressed. The completed project? It looks great and we're very happy with the final result. There were times where I felt that I was paying for a general contractor but doing the lion's share of supervision and quality control on my own. We decided to skip their tile services for the backsplash. We saved about 1/3 the cost by purchasing the tile on our own and hiring a "tile guy". Would we use them again? Possibly, as the work was more than acceptable when it was finally completed. I would certainly require a different payment structure, as well as some built-in scheduling guarantees and/or penalties if not adhered to.

I have built over 500 new homes since 1980 and around 2000 Condo units along with some over 55 gated Communities , all in affluent parts of Connecticut. I say this not to brag but for you the potential customer of Level Best Roofing to know and understand what kind of person is giving this 5 star review. There is no body as hard to please as a retired New home Builder/ Land Developer. Matter of fact I had a couple of guys not want to give me prices because they knew upfront I was going to be diligent on the quality of their work. Nick and I agreed on a price , I got a written contract. 10 days later the job was done What can I say other than the job start to finish was done professionally and on time. No added extras , No BS. His men did a bang up job, they took their time and did it right. I literally didn't even have a punch list after the job was over. That in itself is a first for me. I also priced around being I am new to the area, Level Best wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. But being a Builder I just had a gut feeling that this was the company for a my new tile roof to protect me and my family Not much more to say other than the name of the company is spot on, Level Best Roofing is exactly what it means.
