To top it off, they are always on time to come to do the job and answer your calls. I was really surprised about that because living in Miami Beach for almost 18 years, all I've dealt with was unprofessionals and flaky people. They have done multiple jobs in my condo and I am always happy with the results!! Look no further and give them a call, they will answer you or at least call you back in the same day if they missed your call. I am a truly HAPPY customer 100%!!!!!

My husband and I hired Brian, Igor and Tim to do several medium-sized jobs around our house. They…read moretold us it would take one to two days and we were surprised considering the number and complexity of the jobs. Sure enough they came in the morning and worked tirelessly all day and completed all four jobs, including smoothing a cement wall, changing an area of drywall, changing baseboards, painting, changed the fascia and reinstalling an outlet related to patching a hole in an exterior wall. We are completely blown away with the attention to detail and the quality of work. PLUS they cleaned up the whole mess and left the leftover supplies. We are so happy. We immediately asked them if they were available to do more smaller jobs around the house and they were nice enough to do a couple of them that same day for a very fair price. Plus they were just nice and easy to communicate with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat without reservation. They are worth every penny. I am so happy and I will definitely be contacting them again in the future for any other jobs we have around the house.

Anyway, I contacted Jodilynn and Francisco, and received a quote. They were super nice and very accommodating with the style of tiles that I wanted. Work was always kept tidy and quality was always above expectations. I am a construction superintendent and have built all over the states. I hired Hillary Barry Construction to build a small exterior wall (approximately 11 ft x 11 ft) to…read moreenclose my patio to install an outdoor kitchen. I signed the agreement in August, and when we closed on our house on October 14, 2020, I provided all the paperwork needed to apply for a permit. The permit was not submitted properly, had to be resubmitted, and the permit was finally approved on December 23, 2020. After this delay, you would think that the company would want to get the project done quickly. However, the wall was not completed until mid March 2021. The company put our small project on the back burner and it was clear that after numerous "no-show" work dates, that our project was not important. The company hires subcontractors to complete work and the company has little control over when people actually show up to get work done. This project should have been completed within 30 days of receiving permits, yet it was not a project that received the attention it deserved. I would not recommend this company because they cannot honor their commitments to homeowners with small projects.

JEFFERY IS NOT A LICENSCED CONTRACTOR. PLEASE CHECK THE LICENSE # BEFORE HIRING HIM. I hired H T…read moreConstruction to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my foyer, living room and dining room area. Jeffery came to my home and installed my vinyl flooring. The floor cracks when I walk on it and the planks are not properly locked together. Also, when I walk on the floor, I stump my toes because the floor is so poorly installed the ridges from where they are supposed to join are raised off the floor. I tried to resolve these issues with Jeffery with no resolution. Jeffery was rude and constantly talked over me and made it clear that I did not know how a floor should look, and I did not know what I was talking about even though I have laminated flooring in other parts of my home. Jeffery also told me he installed a FLOATING FLOOR. FLOATING FLOORS DO NOT LOOK LIKE THIS, MY FLOOR. It would not take a professional contractor to look at my floor and know it was installed poorly. My advice is run do not walk away from H T Construction. All of the hype you see on their website; not true. They will take your money and not do the work correctly. Also let me add I requested a breakdown of my PAID invoice and have not received that as of this date 07/27/2024. The room painting was done poorly; painted the air conditioning thermostat and vent, window chain used to open and close the verticals. Did not tape off anything just painted. I was also charged for an electrician that never came to replace and check my electrical outlets. Two floor installers showed up to do the floor installation; one was a young man who looked like he was still in high school and did not have any idea of how to install flooring. Jeffery told me maybe the flooring was defective. When I questioned him if the floor was defective, he should have seen that as the floor was being installed and not installed the flooring and I could have retuned the flooring. This was another attempt to shift the blame for the poorly installed flooring to something or someone else. H T CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS INC
