This is when I was referred to Jason who in turn handed me off to Torrie in his office. I explained to Torrie that I needed this project managed from start to finish with minimal direction from me as I no longer lived there and was extremely busy at work. Torrie and Jason took over this project and took it off my plate completely. She communicated when necessary and got me involved only when crucial decisions were neccesary as I requested. He dealt with insurance and handled all of the paperwork and headaches that come with that. The whole team was professional, prompt, and did incredible work. Once they opened the ceiling, it was obvious that the leak was not repaired. The roof repairs are the responsibility of our HOA. So I had to call the HOA again before the repairs could continue. It took another 3 weeks for the repairs to be completed. At that time I called Madruga's and informed them that I was now ready to complete the repair work. Within a week they were out here and completed the repair. They did a great job. Were very neat and very helpful replacing all my "stuff" that had to be removed initially. The only reason why I didn't give them an Excellent rating is due to the fact that I asked Orestes (the owner) for a receipt so I could send it to my insurance company. It's been several weeks and several promises but still no receipt!

I did lose your number as you asked but had to alert others of your troubled methods. See pix below I think he was expecting a great review, which you would have got if you had even said you were sorry for YOUR mistake and tried to mend it. You chose NOT. After review a day after I also noticed my cat palms brand new dying and my bougainvillea destroyed you never even said you were sorry. Stay out of our neighborhoods.

Everyone there from the owner down needs to learn about customer service and responsibility. Never even received any kind of apology for this nightmare. Take your business anywhere else.

Don't make the same mistake we did and waste weeks and thousands of dollars with the wrong company. Jeff, Gretchen, and Team are experienced, professional, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. In just 8 weeks, they completely gutted the inside of our home and then magically turned my dreams into a reality. Gretchen, the designer and project manager, made sure all my requests were fulfilled and then some. She had the perfect balance of supporting my ideas but also interjecting when things needed tweaking. Jeff, the general contractor, ensured all jobs were completed with quality material and skilled workmanship. I was so impressed with how everything flowed from Demo Day 1, to ordering materials, to coordinating painters/plumbers/electricians/carpenters/etc. to the final days of completion. They gave me no issue when I changed my mind on things (had them re-do living room paint bc I didn't like my 1st choice, had them exchange bathroom mirrors bc I didn't like my 1st choice, changed my mind how I wanted the kitchen island and they ended up just giving me the shiplap for it etc.). Lastly, I have to say they were excellent communicators; an attribute it seems like so many businesses lack these days. It was a genuine pleasure to work with them.
