As far as the installation of the metal roof, (though the quality of the product was very good from Tri County Metals) they must have picked up workers off the street with no knowledge of metal roofing as you can see from the pictures. They couldn't butt ends together, crimp edges or corners, or fixed the corner to match the roof line without pounding the heck out of it which in turn made the facia ripple along the side of the house. They fixed mistakes with clear caulking and spray paint. The final inspection was done by a very nasty guy named Tim. He never introduced himself but we saw a guy walking around the house so we went out to introduce ourselves and he wouldn't talk to us. He even told my husband that he had a slang word for people like us who complain because we pay so much money for a metal roof and have high expectations! Well Tim that's your job and your company's job. Maybe start by getting retraining so you know how to hire qualified metal roofers. Our neighbor right next door to us had a metal roof installed and it looks great they hired a local contractor got the same roofing materials from Tri County Metals the only difference was the metal roof installers.
