I cannot recommend Superior One Roofing enough! Everyone on their team is extremely knowledgable and willing to sit down to explain each aspect of the process in detail. Our home was damaged by the hurricane and had some shingles missing, Scott Case and Russ were so helpful throughout. We were really hesitant walking in to the situation as we are first time homeowner and had never dealt with anything like this but they made it not only easy but enjoyable too. They even went above and beyond when I told the project manager about my kids birthday that following weekend and I was very stressed about doing a bouncehouse party after recently having the roof done because of the potential for nails and debris. They took the time to walk the property at least a dozen times with a magnet rake to make sure all the nails were picked up during and after the install and then made a special trip the day before the party to do it again to put our minds at ease and to make sure the kids were safe and had a great time. Again, I cannot say enough great things about this company and team and will be calling them in the future for any property I own! read more

Without a doubt, the best roofing company I have EVER dealt with. The Roofing specialist M J Garcia, was exceptionally helpful with all aspects of securing the proper approval etc. The project would have fallen apart without her unlimited assistance. The on site Supv. Kraig Jenner was outstanding in his knowledge and thorough explanation of the project. He was also present throughout the entire process, as well. I have performed several shingle installations in my younger years and pretty much understood the entire process. What I wasn't prepared for and what totally amazed me was the fact that the entire roofing shingle removal and installation was completed in 1 single day. I have never seen that done before. As I stepped outside this morning, I was even more appreciative as a neighbor's roof continues to be installed for a period of at least one week. I could only give Superior One Roofing a maximum of 5 stars, on this site. Employees Ms. M J Garcia and Mr Kraig Jenner, deserve no less that 10. Kraig Jenner was an excellent Project Manager. He came over a few days before the job to check for any possible problems that could occur and let me know what to expect and extra charges that could occur. His crew was excellent and very efficient. They got the job done in one day (worked from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m.) and my house is 2200 Sq Ft and had a lot of rotten wood to be replaced, plus a chimney that was falling apart and they rebuilt it. They also covered everything so the shrubbery was safe around the house. It does make a big mess tearing off all of the old material. Eric Decosta the estimator was excellent and always in touch immediately. The Jani and assistants at the office were excellent too. Price was very fair and equivalent to other quotes I had. He was such a helpful person, and I don't think I could have done this without him. Kraig Jenner was the Project Manager and he kept me up to date on everything that he and his crew were doing.
