I recently moved to Brevard and purchased a new home that needed many random small repairs. I worried about finding a handyman/contractor who would be willing and able to take on the diverse tasks in a timely and fair priced manner. Rusnak Services exceeded my expectations. In the past, I have found handymen/contractors to be very difficult to communicate with in a timely manner. Dave was the opposite. He responded to me by phone and text and email! He was very timely in his communication. He provided me with a fair estimate and a timeline for the work that was very transparent and reasonable. He came out to begin work on the date and time that we had set...so often this does not happen with handymen and contractors. Dave consistently shows up when he says he will and is great at keeping in touch about the progress of his work and any issues that he discovers. He always provides options for the repairs and does not push you to do things in the way that benefits him- instead he provides choices so that you can develop a solution that works for your budget and timeline. He has provided us with excellent quality work, on time, and for a fair price. Everything from minor electrical repairs to sealing cracks in the exterior of the house to plumbing issues to removing and installing ceiling fans...and more. He has touched on every category of home repair for us and each repair has been high quality. I was very surprised by the other review because he has never left a mess. In fact he is very organized and clean as he works. He let us know that he also does bigger remodeling jobs. At this time, that is not in our budget but I greatly appreciated that even though our work was more humble he treated us and our home with respect, kindness, and professionalism just as if we were a high-end client. I am truly thankful to have connected with Rusnak Services. Dave has given me peace of mind. As a first time homeowner, with the help of Rusnak Services I will be able to maintain my home in a cost effective and high quality manner.

Well, enter looking for a contractor and/or a handyman, and let me tell you that I looked for days - for practically a week - and it was a pain in the butt. Fortunately for me, hiring this business and hiring Davide specifically didn't have to be. Originally when looking for someone to do my renovations and repairs, I had it in mind to remove popcorn ceiling, get some walls painted, refurbish the bathtubs, and update my kitchen and laundry room tiles. I ultimately decided against removing the popcorn ceiling, but everything else I got done. To top it off, you know how things go. The more work being done, the more I realized there were other minor things to fix. For example, fixing some plugs, filling a hole in the wall, and even setting up an over the range microwave. Needless to say, with all the things that popped up in terms of actual work and then delays (because some of this was around Labor Day weekend), I can't thank Davide and his staff enough for being flexible, amicable, and hardworking. I am beyond pleased with the work my condo received. I found the quality to be high, the prices beyond reasonable, and Davide in general to be a pleasure to work with. He was always responsive and willing to answer all my questions (even the ones that sounded as if they were coming from a petulant child). I think the only complaint I have about him is that the man keeps forgetting to give out business cards. Oh well. Whenever someone asks me for a contractor, I'll just forward them his number. Davide does it all. He's a one-stop shop contractor, and seriously speaking, you've no need to look anywhere else. Believe me - I called and wrote dozens of contractors and handymen!

He also called the day before to reconfirm the appointment. Wow! Maybe the bar is just so low based on my other experiences with contractors and handymen, but I was pleasantly surprised. Then he proceeded to show up on time (actually a bit early). He and his co-worker made, screened and installed all the frames while they were here and were finished within a little over an hour.
