Then needed to add ceiling fan installation and asked for help with a blinds track and mount. Now with reading the reviews I saw that Corey's where all 5 star and I have to say they where well deserved!!! Now the only issue is he is extremely busy with all types of projects from building bathrooms to professionally mounting TV's. He also took the time to show us how things worked and set up our new TV, ceiling fan and most importantly he adapted when our blinds where to long. He was able to actually trim down the mounting bracket by hand and had the forethought and knowhow to make it all work without any issues. Well, enter looking for a contractor and/or a handyman, and let me tell you that I looked for days - for practically a week - and it was a pain in the butt. Fortunately for me, hiring this business and hiring Davide specifically didn't have to be. Originally when looking for someone to do my renovations and repairs, I had it in mind to remove popcorn ceiling, get some walls painted, refurbish the bathtubs, and update my kitchen and laundry room tiles. I ultimately decided against removing the popcorn ceiling, but everything else I got done. To top it off, you know how things go. The more work being done, the more I realized there were other minor things to fix. For example, fixing some plugs, filling a hole in the wall, and even setting up an over the range microwave. Needless to say, with all the things that popped up in terms of actual work and then delays (because some of this was around Labor Day weekend), I can't thank Davide and his staff enough for being flexible, amicable, and hardworking. I am beyond pleased with the work my condo received. I found the quality to be high, the prices beyond reasonable, and Davide in general to be a pleasure to work with. He was always responsive and willing to answer all my questions (even the ones that sounded as if they were coming from a petulant child). I think the only complaint I have about him is that the man keeps forgetting to give out business cards. Oh well. Whenever someone asks me for a contractor, I'll just forward them his number. Then he proceeded to show up on time (actually a bit early). He and his co-worker made, screened and installed all the frames while they were here and were finished within a little over an hour. They were both very professional. Last but not least, we paid much less than the quote we had gotten from the guy who didn't return. I highly recommend them!
