On July 30th, I was told my item would be shipped to my address within 30 days. However, it is now September 16th and I was told the process was never initiated AND my item still needs to be reviewed with internal partners for an update that will take 7-10 more business days. When I requested basic information such as the current location of my item, the applicable commission rate for compensation if they misplaced it , and a reason of what went wrong the company and its staff responded that they have "no further updates" on either point. I have not received confirmation that my item is accounted for, what the next steps actually are, or who is responsible for resolving this. They keep re-sending the same emails and not answering a single question. This is not the level of service or security I expect when entrusting someone with my valuable personal property. At this point, I have no visibility into where my item is, what is being done about it, or what I will be compensated if they cannot process it. Their consignment concierge team of Jasmyne, Mika, and Toya are unprofessional, careless, and simply awful. I regret that I ever came across them and pray to God no one ever has the same experience I've had. Hopefully I get my item back or that's $1800 down the drain because of their carelessness and irresponsibility. I'm truly sick to my stomach.

Each booth is numbered and some sellers go so far as to set up small signs with their size ranges and brands offered or hang small banners from the top surface to attract customers. Each item is marked with their seller's booth number, the size, and the price. While some people may not like this approach to consignment shopping, I thought it was kind of nice to find booths that had roughly the same size and a similar taste in fashion rather than shuffling through a rack of one hundred pairs of pants. I will say that there was quite a range of prices with many pieces listed for $5 or $10 but also some items listed for $40+. I did expect to find more higher end brands but was overall satisfied with the condition of the clothes. The store was clean, well lit and organized during my visit. They have three dressing rooms with large mirrors so you can make sure items fit before purchasing as all sales are final. They could however do a better job posting more information on how the store operates. When I checked out I mentioned to the woman behind the counter that it was my first time visiting and she shared that items sometimes go on sale later in the week when sellers are getting close to the time that they must rotate their inventory around the weekend. With this in mind, if you're looking for a fresh drop stop by in the beginning of the week, if you're looking for a deal, stop by closer to Friday.

I called Jose Thursday, March 24 asking was everything ok because the shoes never showed. He goes to tell me that the shoes had to come in from another store, he'll be shipping it out in a few and he'll send me the tracking and I'll have the shoe Friday, March 25. Friday comes, I track my shoes, and it says "Attempted delivery, no answer." Of course I had been waiting all day, so I was upset and called fedex to let them know absolutely no one had been to my home for a delivery. The lady asks me to verify my name and address only to tell me the street address was off by one number and I need to contact the merchant whom ship the package to overwrite and correct the shipping label. I called the store and spoke with Jose, whom was unapologetic and said it was no big deal, he could have them fix the shipping label and they'll be delivered by tomorrow, only for him to call right back and say they won't allow him to overwrite the shipping label. They'll have to send him the package back for him to create a new label, which means I would be getting the shoe Monday since it was already Friday evening. Jose B. made it as if it was no big deal. A mistake was made on their end, with little to non apology. I missed the delivery guy Monday, March 28. Now, I finally got the box today only to open it and the Bottega V shoe box is torn, the bag is raggedy, overall not happy with this purchase and this is one brand I might have to not revisit.

I ended up with a super cool decorative plate that has Texas and various Texas items on it for $25 (it looked ceramic from the front but actually made from material similar, but much much sturdier, than a paper plate), a pair of earrings (in the shape of Texas and the Texas State Bird), and a little postcard. If you're walking by, it would be worth your while to check this place out if you're looking for a gift - but the prices are a bit on the higher end, since these items look more handmade than mass produced.

So she texted the owners and they said the skirt was $25. We found the tag that was originally on the skirt saying $15 and they refused to honor the price they had LABELED on the skirt and instead upped the price because they didn't believe the price tag was the one they'd placed on the skirt. Regular "thrift" stores are WAY nicer. Girl at the register with the blue hair was insanely rude. Honestly not worth the hype, prices, or items they sell. Go ANYWHERE else.

The sell everything from Railcar Denim, to Red Wings boots to beard oil. It really is a great place for cool stuff for guys. The one thing I normally buy here are shirts. They have a ton of different brands, and most recently I have purchased shirts by Carhartt, Pendelton, and Filson. They have a wide selection with a lot of different price points.
