I went there recently for a friends private party and was extremely disappointed. Nobody was…read moremanning the bar upon arrival and when eventually there were staff, they had no wine. As part of our friends birthday there were "fountain firework" candles on the cake which the staff were more than happy to light in the kitchen. When this subsequently set off the fire alarms, someone who appeared to be the manageress became quite aggressive and confrontational towards everyone. Towards the end of the night I ordered two coffees, only to be told that they couldn't serve coffee as the machine had been "turned off for an hour". I explained this couldn't be the case as my mother had just had one. This was greeted with an aggressive bar maid who quite clearly just didn't want to make it. The bar maid was eventually ordered to make the coffees for us. When I later apologised as I hadn't intended for there to be any offence, the bar maid ignored me and then deliberately sprayed detergent on my back. A bouncer then decided to join in and suggested that I was drunk and had an attitude problem...when I'd simply ordered a coffee. We were then asked to leave where there was a further altercation with the manageress (?) and bouncer who became confrontational with members of the party. Extremely poor customer service, aggressive attitudes from bar staff and bouncers in need of anger management. No wonder the Littleton Arms has taken over in popularity.

Upon walking in, the ambiance was a tad bright for a steakhouse. I was expecting a more dimly lit setting, but it was rather bright inside... just an observation. Pros: -the steak entrees come with your choice of sauce, salad, onion loaf, and two sides. The salad w/ their house vinaigrette is highly recommended! -good wine selection. Even the house wine is great. -there's a variety of other entrees if one doesn't want steak Cons: -service was a tad slow but very friendly -this time around, the steaks all kind of tasted the same. Didn't taste like high quality steak, too much gristle. -peppercorn sauce did not taste like peppercorn at all Would I rush back to Miller & Carter? I'm not sure since my two visits have been so different at the two different locations. What I appreciate about chain restaurants is that I know what to expect since they are generally consistent, no matter the location. It might just be a gamble from hereon! Note: plenty of parking on site, prices are reasonable. Our total was £120 (2 starters, 2 sodas, 2 alcoholic beverages, 1 kids meal, 3 entrees).

The bar staff have an endless knowledge of the products on sale and are obviously all real ale fanatics themselves. They are very friendly, polite and easy to approach. The clientèle are also very knowledgeable and friendly. There are no riff raff and no druggies in this pub. It all makes for an amazing experience.

I attended a Quiz Night by the Worcestershire Law Society here. It was my first time at the…read morerestaurant. I've driven past many times and always wondered what it was like. Spacious and airy and really great service. The food was very nice and well presented. I will certainly be back
