The bar staff have an endless knowledge of the products on sale and are obviously all real ale fanatics themselves. They are very friendly, polite and easy to approach. The clientèle are also very knowledgeable and friendly. There are no riff raff and no druggies in this pub. It all makes for an amazing experience.

I'm not sure since my two visits have been so different at the two different locations.
