Yuck. Customer service is horrid. Came in and wanted to try a pair of pants which they didn't have…read morein my size. The British lady (assuming the manager) tried to get me to try different pairs of pants to gauge fit. I politely explained that I would never order these pants without seeing them on first. She got really confrontational and insisted that if I try one pair in the pattern I wanted but in the wrong size and one pair in the right size but different pattern, I can somehow put those two together and order the pants. After getting visibly upset with me she told me that she is just "trying to find a solution". Interesting, apparently not having the right pants size is now a world catastrophe and I need serious help. My suggestion is...since it's a customer service position, you may want to get someone who Oh, I don't know, maybe is actually friendly and non confrontational. I could be mistaken though.

Honestly, we weren't expecting much and certainly didn't plan on making any big purchases. But from the moment we walked in, the experience completely exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was so warm, welcoming, and kind, and we especially want to shout out Mei, our sales associate. She was absolutely phenomenal. Mei went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect--she was attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She offered to show us anything we were curious about and made us feel genuinely taken care of the entire time. Even though we weren't planning to buy anything, she introduced us to so many items we didn't even know they carried, and she made sure to check the back for sizes and options without hesitation. Thanks to her, we left with several amazing pieces that we love. We'll absolutely be returning to Mei for any future Dior purchases--she's the kind of associate who turns a casual stop into a five-star experience.

Went on Sunday to buy a new battery. $235.00 and asked if they would install the battery, "yes,…read morethat would be included in the price". Lady with lots of tattoos was at the register and sent out a young man to install my new battery. I was in the car watching him. It took him forever to get the old battery out and he had to bang on parts of it to loosen the connections. When he wanted to install the new battery, he could not connect it, because he bent one of the connections from banging on it. He called another man out to help him and neither one of them was able to install my new expensive battery or unbend the damaged part. My husband had to tell them what to do. Then the younger man denied that he banged on the connection or bent the part. He flat out lied to my husband even though I sat in the car watching him the whole time. No apology from either one of the men. The next morning, I called and asked for the manager. Jennifer stated she was the manager. So, I told her my problem and all she said was: "well, you got your battery installed, didn't you?" She said they were not mechanics. Then why in the world do you install batteries???? I asked her what she was intending to do about the damaged part, and she said she could call one of "her" repair shops. I am still waiting for Jennifer's call back. She was rude, unprofessional and snippy. Again, no apology. Not even from the MANAGER. Such poor service. I will definitely go to Summit from now on. At least they have professionals working on your car and managing the stores.

I asked Matt in April, a month ago if I was still able to get a return and if the store had new summer / spring wear in. I get here right when they open, Matt and the manager were working when I walked in.
