Yuck. Customer service is horrid. Came in and wanted to try a pair of pants which they didn't have…read morein my size. The British lady (assuming the manager) tried to get me to try different pairs of pants to gauge fit. I politely explained that I would never order these pants without seeing them on first. She got really confrontational and insisted that if I try one pair in the pattern I wanted but in the wrong size and one pair in the right size but different pattern, I can somehow put those two together and order the pants. After getting visibly upset with me she told me that she is just "trying to find a solution". Interesting, apparently not having the right pants size is now a world catastrophe and I need serious help. My suggestion is...since it's a customer service position, you may want to get someone who Oh, I don't know, maybe is actually friendly and non confrontational. I could be mistaken though.

We were in Aspen for the day after driving the Top of the Rockies to see the fall colors. We've…read moreonly been in CO for a yearish, so every time we go somewhere we haven't been, my husband wants a shirt or a hat, lol. This store had a pretty diverse selection for a small store - from higher end, nice shirts for both men and women, to regular souvenir Ts. They also have some shirts that are 12.99 and down to $10.99 if you buy 3 or more and they actually weren't bad. They had some nice hats too. They had a great children's section as well. They also offered some magnets, picture frames, and drinkware. We were disappointed that they didn't sell pint glasses. Since moving to CO, we've started quite a collection. Everywhere here that does giveaways, gives pint glasses. We even got one for riding the Santa Express train, which was obviously a children's event, lol. The reasons for only 4 stars are 1) they didn't have a lot of sizes. For example, most of the men's shirts only had XL and XXL left and the women's shirts had mostly smalls and mediums left. You would think they would adjust their inventory accordingly. And 2) the prices were a bit high. Just because you're in Aspen, that doesn't make a $10 picture frame worth $35 - come on!

Between the eight of us, we had so many flights that were canceled/rebooked/ late getting in, and ski butlers had no problem accommodating all of the changes. Not only were they so accommodating, but their service and equipment was as good as it gets. We highly recommend them to anybody who's looking to ski or snowboard. We rented both skis and snowboards and helmets from them. We didn't have any problems with any bit of our equipment. Our 6 kids range from 17 to 26 and they were all happy. Anybody with multiple kids knows that they're not always all happy. So I would say, it was a huge success. Thank you Ski Butlers!!! We will see you again in March.

Riley and his team provided the most amazing customer service I have EVER experienced…read more -When I arrived in Aspen last Friday, Riley delivered two different-sized bikes to my hotel, the St. Regis. He fitted and adjusted the bike for me and provided a bike lock and a helmet. - On Saturday, when I reported having trouble finding the beginning of the Rio Grande Trail, he offered to have his team either drop me off or ride with me to the opening so that I could find it. They also will pick you up along the trail if you bike toward Basalt and don't want to do the uphill ride back. - Later Saturday night, I realized I'd need a basket to carry my phone and wallet on the trail ride. Riley came to the hotel and attached a basket to the bike, before 9 a.m. Sunday, which is when I said I'd need it. In the basket, he left a map, highlighted with my route. -He picked it up on Monday when I left to go home. Riley consistently surpassed my expectations with each interaction. I only actually saw him one time, when he delivered the bike. The rest of this work was done behind the scenes. I wish every business were as accommodating!
