Each time I have been the staff have been very friendly and kind. They answer all the questions I have about the process they will be doing on my teeth. The location is in a great spot and the building is very clean and kept proper. The only complaint I would have is that I had to sit for quite awhile in the waiting room before my apointment. She organized all of my insurance coverage, even calling them to get more information. I thought I had just got her on a good day. Nope! When I went in for my appt she was there and was just as awesome as well as all the wonderful ladies behind the desk. Not to mention they have the newest and coolest massage chair I've ever been in! So that gives them a 5 start just for that! Once all the insurance was cleared up and I went in for my appt it continued to be extremely enjoyable and fun. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He makes sure you understands everything. Not only is the doctor so smart and great but Lori my hygenist was equally as amazing. I explained that I'd seen a couple denturists but the dentures they came up with were too large, altho I have a small face and mouth. She assured me that would not happen with her. Wow, was she wrong! When I went in for my first try-on I was shocked. The dentures hardly fit into my mouth. They were beyond huge, they were way larger than horse teeth. When I expressed my surprise and disappointment, rather than saying she'd work with them and try to make them better, she flew into a rage and refused to even discuss it. Remember, this was my first try on. Then, she demanded $200.00 for her work! I was so stunned that I paid it, although in retrospect I should not have. I just wanted to get out of there because I think she is mentally unstable and I thought she might attack me if I didn't pay her. Warning - please do not be fooled by this woman. I was told via text message that I will no long be able to make an appointment because I didn't give them 24 hours notice for the cancelation. There are plenty of dental offices in the area. I would suggest people use them 1st or go to the emergency dental center for compassionate dental care. Again Stay away from this dental office. They don't treat people with disabilities with anything close to respect.

Not everyone enjoys the dentist but I actually like it. The reason being is I like my dentist and her staff. I don't really enjoy practically laying down with my mouth open, with saw like sounds coming from it but there are tvs to distract you from all the noise. The dentists also speak Cantonese which is good for people who are more comfortable conversing in this language. Through the years there have been some new staff, which haven't been as good as some of the longer staff, and I wished they didn't do work on my teeth. I really appreciated when I didn't have health coverage that they took this into consideration. It's always nice to receive a toothbrush and floss when you leave, although I prefer choosing a toy from the treasure box just like when I was a kid. I will keep coming back as long as the dentists and long time staff continue to work here.

A little nervous and a tiny bit scared but upstairs I went. The receptionist was very welcoming as was the atmosphere. Once I got in the chair Dr. Fisher and his helper Kennedy were amazing. This time I'm only here for a consult thankfully, Next time it'll be the full work up. But both were very good at explaining what's going to happen, And what to expect. Back up front receptionist was great at ensuring the forms were sent to my insurance (they don't direct bill) and explaining how much everything would cost when I'm back. If you are in the unfortunate position of needing an implant or dental surgery I would recommend Dr. Fisher.

I had a gum graft about 7 or 8 years ago and last year my dentist told me it was getting worse and recommended another graft in the same location. She referred me to Dr. Fisher. He had just moved to his new location on Gateway Boulevard (previously on Whyte Avenue) so everything was new, swanky and top of the line. My first visit was the consultation. Dr. Fisher met with me and let me know what would need to be done, how the procedure would go and what I could expect post surgery. He explained to me that he wouldn't do the procedure that was previously done on my gums, but his technique would hold up longer, and that he would insert synthetic bone. He was very professional yet easy to talk to. As a periodontist, he seems genuinely interested in helping people. They sent off the estimate to my benefits provider. It seems like there was a mixup because I never got my coverage back. One call to Dr. Fisher's office and they were able to correct the situation right away. After receiving the estimate and getting good news that much of it would be covered (though I would have done it anyway), I booked the surgery with Dr. Fisher. The day of the surgery, Dr. Fisher again was very professional, explaining everything that he was doing. It was quicker than I expected and the surgery was pretty much painless. I saw Dr. Fisher a couple more times for follow-up appointments and had no issues. The last time I saw my dentist, she commented how great a job it was. I'm hoping it will last longer than the last graft, but I can definitely feel and see the difference in my mouth. In fact, after seeing Dr. Fisher, it looks like I've never had gum problems at all, where my first graft looked like it was a patch job. If you're in need of a periodontist, I would recommend Dr. Fisher. I never checked other periodontists but he probably does cost more. However, when it comes to your oral health, it's worth it.
