The pool is located inside West Penn Park and follows the same guidelines as all city pools. (ie $5 daily admission for residents). It can get busy but never as crowded as other pools. I've been there at times when there was maybe only ten other people. It's smaller but still large enough for getting cooled off, lap or open swims. It's definitely a local, in-the-know vibe. Prior to that I would come here in my 20s with friends. It has always been a clean pool with lots of lawn space, a clean shower facility and concession stand with different summer snack food choices.
