Delish are a catering company who are based on the road going up from Lewes station, near where I…read morework. I am unusually blessed with cake vendors in the close proximity to my workplace and Delish often gets my business. It's a slightly odd set up, they have a kitchen in their shop front, so when you go in to buy a tasty slice of carrot cake, you disturb them from their main catering work and they often have to put the electric whisk or suchlike down to serve you. In a way, it's quite pleasing - it makes you feel like your brownie is truly homemade, but at the same time it can make you feel a bit awkward. I haven't used the catering side of the business, but I can affirm the quality of their individual portions of cake, usually quite reasonably priced at around £1.50 a slice.

The food turned up on time, was beautifully displayed and looked very inviting. We were not disappointed, everyone commented on how good the food was and the quantity was ample, leaving nobody hungry or wanting more. Frankly, the food could not have been better in every sense, a reasonable price for a first class service. We, and our guests, enjoyed a party with little effort on our part yet lived well. We had been having trouble finding caterers who wouldn't charge a ridiculous amount of 18 of us to eat and when I contacted Nick he was brilliant and accommodating. We had a taster session which we was surprised by the massive portions! And wow the food was brilliant! We knew straight away we would be confirming! Throughout all of the emails Nick was great and helped us sort out tables, cloths, napkins, glasses etc and nothing was a problem he couldn't sort for us. All the food was delicious and plentiful. We had our dog as the ring bearer and they even offered him a plate of food which he loved!!! I couldnt recommend them enough!
