We decided to use Ox flooring to spruce up our patio and motor home slab. We selected the colors we…read morewanted. A few days later, Sean and Mark, "the dream team" came over to do the work. They explained everything they were going to do. Then the 2 men got to work. They brought heavy duty vacuums to suck up the dust from etching the concrete. There was zero dust! They also brought 2 heavy duty generators to run their machines. Everything was lined up so the process flowed smoothly. They repaired several cracks, acid washed then applied the base coat. When that was dry, they applied a thick coating then immediately tossed on the colored sprinkles. While that side was drying, they worked on the patio area. Then they split up. Sean worked on the motor home area while Marc worked on the other patio. Sean scraped the surface, pushing the excess sprinkle chips into a trash bin. He swept then vacuumed any left over product that fell into the grass. Talk about cleaning up afterwards! Once cleaned, the thick top coat was applied. Sean and Marc never took a break. They arrived at 9 and had everything cleaned and put away by 3. I very highly recommend Ox. Their product will last a lifetime. It will never fade, even under our hot Florida sun. They offer great customer service and are very professional and friendly. We researched other companies, looked at their work and found Ox to be the best, highest rated company. If you need a makeover for your driveway, patio, lanai or walkway I recommend Ox. One day service, beautiful work and outstanding customer service. Very well worth the price for our areas. Read the reviews, even had a friend of a friend recommend them. Picked them. The good: Chris gave a good sales pitch; thorough, process and product well explained, yada. Also did a good job showing us how different shades and sheens looked on our floor. We were able to stay in the house because we had an in and out without crossing the flooring so we watched the day by day. Looked good throughout and when finished at first - the refinished floors looked awesome. Now, I am a little picky and we spent a lot of money on this. The bad: Attention to detail on the finished product. There are drip spots around the finished product. TTW told me those are permanent, the application mop drips during the process. So they look line drops of water on the floor. The original ¼ round was finished with 45 degree angles at open ends like around doorways, that was a nicer finish, when they replaced the ¼ round they chopped those at 90 degrees. When I asked about that they looked at me like I just stepped out of an alien spacecraft. The bad: Back to the ¼ round - they nailed in across my double French doors out to my lanai so we couldn't open the doors. I called times to get them to come out and fix that. 5 to the office, 2 of those were answered by a lady who said she'd pass along that message. 3 of those I left messages. The guy that referred TTW to me told the owner. Still no call back to me. Some guy just randomly showed up unannounced - yanked up that piece of ¼ round. We asked for a piece of finished threshold (they did this on our front door) and the guy said he would go back to the shop and try and find a piece that would match. Also, they replaced several boards and a couple of those are now no longer firmly glued down. Someone else wrote a review on this same thing. I Never heard from them again. Several calls to the office and owner's cell. Crickets. Zero, terrible non-existent post job customer service. Take The Money And Run

It was a large project, and start to finish probably took three months. There was quite a bit of time spent getting floors chosen, contracts written, ordering the floors and waiting for them to arrive. Once the product landed, it only took about 2-3 weeks for the installation, and then several more weeks while we got the stairs refinished. All along the way, the owner of the Company Chris was very involved, and his right hand person Dennis was extremely patient during the contracting process. Their office is professional and never pressed us for money, but told us in advance what we owed and when. They knew they were one part of a larger renovation, and showed us a lot of respect. It was a pleasure working with them. Their crews are outstanding and I enjoyed having them come to our house. They always let us know what was going to be done, when we were approaching milestones, and despite warnings to the contrary from others, we never had to move out of our home or use offsite storage. They handled our furniture as if was their own and if we needed touch ups or the like, they never pushed back. Everything was taken care of as promised. They honor their commitments and take pride in what they do. We are really proud of how nice the floors look, and while they were paid a lot, they earned everything. I highly recommend them and as many of us enjoy using locally owned companies I wanted to get this review done promptly. They seem to take very good care of their employees. Our crew leader Paul did a fantastic job and has a lot of experience. That says a lot when you learn people have worked for the company for 15-20 years.

We had all the…read moreexisting flooring removed, a combination of carpet(stairs) tile ( powder Room, kitchen and laundry room) and laminate removed and disposed of. The floor needed levelling using liquid concrete and ground down in areas to make it perfectly smooth. The new flooring was picked up by them from a third party and laid throughout the bottom level of our condo and stairs plus the upstairs landing. They also installed new 5 1/4" baseboard. As we live in Canada communication was all done via phone and texts. Everything went smoothly. Thanks to Bill and David the on site supervisor. We are hoping to use them to install new kitchen cabinets and countertops sink and faucet. Highly recommended.

Instead of cutting with a diamond cutter vs a saw or at least using the saw where it is allowed (in the parking lot), the tile setter used the saw inside a small condo! There was dust everywhere in every room and on every surface. He didn't even clean up beyond a simple sweep in the small bath when he completed the job with grouting etc. We thought that the rather high price quoted for the job would come with this professional courtesy but all we got was 100$ credit on a $3k bill that was increased by 250$ since the 1st quote. The final job install looks good, however, you leave a job in a better place than when you got it. The place was a mess and required a professional cleaning. Not impressed!
