Edit, I'm changing my rating to five stars because the doctor was great. The admin was a bit chaotic in person. They even accidentally noted I had lupus in my medical history.
It took me weeks to schedule an appointment here. I kept having to leave a name and number and they said they'll call me right back, but they never called me back. Eventually, after two weeks of this they would speak to me, but they said they lost my referral, so I had to get that faxed again. I called back after it was faxed and they said they'd take my name and number and call me back, but they never did. I called the next few days and they would finally talk to me, but they said they lost my referral and I'd have to call back. Eventually, I was able to make the appointment, but I would have to wait almost two months.
Then, the week before my appointment, they called me once and I was in a meeting and couldn't answer. I called them back and they said they were trying to reach me and I wasn't responsive and it was disruptive and unhelpful. I asked them how many times they called and they just shouted over me and eventually hung up on me. They then turned their entire phone system off and stopped taking calls, so I couldn't even cancel my appointment. read more
