I even called another fence company that said he would charge the exact same but was not going to be available for months so to go with Mr. Fence. We signed the quote and sent the deposit. We waited about a month which was when they said they would be available. I called each week after that only to be told we would be on the schedule the following week. Two months later they send out the installation worker who had no idea what the plan was and says he has to come back as this was not what he was expecting. They repairs the fence... I guess you could call it that... but they left over a 1 foot gap touching the ground at the bottom. I explained we were getting a puppy and the whole point of the fence is to keep our animals in and other animals out. They sent another installation worker the following week who fixed it and I would say it looked crappy but it worked. Less than a year later and parts of the fence that were supposedly soldering together have already come apart. I will definitely go elsewhere if we get those areas repaired.

Can't say enough great things!…read more We previously put up a fence and was then ghosted by the company when they needed to complete the work so I reached out to Brockton Fence. Charlie came right out and informed us the fence was not to pool code. He helped us understand our options. We decided to take down the old fence and have them install the correct fence to meet code. Charlie was fantastic throughout the whole process. He put up a temporary fence for us and then very quickly installed the permanent fence. His staff was exceptional and got it all done in a day and a half. Pricing was also the best we've seen!! Couldn't recommend more!

Personable guy, seemed very knowledgeable and confident he could handle our fence repair. We needed 12 or so posts replaced on our stockade fence, as they had all rotted out. Two weeks later I had to reach out to remind him to send us the estimate. A week after that on 5/8 we accepted the estimate and paid the 50% deposit. On 5/16 I reached out to see when they'd be coming out, Brian said between all the rain and other jobs they were backed up, should be another two weeks. No problem, we were in no rush. In the interim I got sick and spent some time in the hospital, totally forgot about the fence until I got out and went through my old emails, saw that I had been sent a reminder to pay the other half of the invoice for the job that had yet to be done. I texted Brian on 6/20, no response. I called or texted once a day over the next week without any response from Brian. Finally on 6/27 he texted me back "My guys are coming down Monday morning. I apologize. Should be there about nine 10 o'clock." The next day he texted me it would actually be Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning (6/30) came, the crew showed up on time, were very professional and friendly, and did a bang up job. The fence looks great and will hopefully hold up over time! Brian texted a couple times to apologize for the delay and remind me to pay the remaining amount. I told him I needed until I got paid over the weekend to settle up, and he agreed, but also sent an invoice reminder at least once a day, sometimes twice, until I paid on Sunday 7/5, which I found ironic since he ghosted me with zero communication for weeks, but was very communicative when it came time to get paid. TL;DR The Fence Solutions estimate was good, and I can't speak highly enough about the crew that came out to actually do the work, but I won't be calling Fence Solutions again after the weeks of zero communication while having our 50% deposit. A weekly update text during that time would have been great, or at the very least a timely response to my texts and calls would have been appreciated.

Stop looking for fence companies. This is the one you want!…read more I recently moved to Freetown and was on the lookout for a fair-priced fence company that does quality work. After chatting with a few different places, I found some were pretty cold or couldn't answer my questions over the phone without me stopping by in person -- but not Al. He was really easy to work with from the start. After a quick phone call and some emails, he came out to check out the job, and we discussed all my options. He took the time to ask questions and really understand what we wanted. He advised us on town codes and gave some great recommendations on things we hadn't thought of. Not only did he give me a solid quote, but I also got a few options to choose from, which I appreciated. We scheduled the work, and even though there was a wait, Al kept me in the loop. They knew I had small dogs and needed a run where they could go out safely. When a cancellation came up, they managed to fit me in way sooner than expected, which was a huge bonus. The finished fence is honestly excellent. Every post is perfectly straight, and the gates are aligned and look great from every angle. The craftsmanship really shows -- these guys take pride in what they do. Overall, I can't recommend Interstate enough. Great work, fair prices, and they really care about getting it right.

The cedar fence Jim installed is a faithful replica of the original and is exactly what I wanted. But Jim's ability to repair my pressure-treated stockade fence, which was significantly damaged by hurricane winds, demonstrates his skillful craftsmanship. If I didn't know which part of the fence had been literally blown apart, I wouldn't be able to pick out the repaired section. Jim also strengthened and stabilized the remaining 5 sections. His work is so remarkable that I don't think I'll have to worry about either fence for another 50 years! Thanks so much, Jim!!! Note: I don't know why location places me in CA.
