He walked our entire area with us and thoroughly discussed what he would exactly do. His communication was excellent. He truly cares about doing what is right and best for his customers and the environment. We had gotten several estimates from other companies, and the communication with those companies was severely lacking. Kevin's quote was less than half the price and his work also encompassed cleaning and clearing up significantly more area than what we were quoted from the others. While he was working, he stopped several times to confirm he cleared exactly what we had requested. He also mulched up a large pile of cut branches that we were in the process of disposing of, that was not quoted in our estimate. Kevin was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Our experience working with him highly exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. We highly recommend him and would absolutely use him again. They failed to submit a Ms Utility ticket which delayed all the other contractors (gas and fence) companies. He was communicative re weather plans and scheduling and showed up on the agreed upon day with his machine and had the area cleared within a day and a half.
