The resizing is perfect, and they go even between half sizes to 3/4 if needed. I needed a 6.5/6.75 sizing for my perfect fit, and it absolutely perfect! It's a vintage ring, and it definitely seems like they cleaned/polished it too. Not sure if that's standard practice or not for resizing, but regardless love how it shines now! The shop is clean and beautiful, and staff is polite, knowledgeable, and quick! Definitely recommend and we'll be going back!

I had lost the center stone to my engagement ring - a true heartbreak as I (unfortunately) did not…read morehave it insured and it was not a common cut. I was lucky it has lasted 8 years with no issues, but alas, this happened. I asked for recommendations on a local jeweler and Laura's name came up a few times, as well as being incredibly conveniently located (5 minutes from home!). I called for an appointment and scheduling was easy. For my appointment, I came in and was greeted warmly, and then she got to work. I was BLOWN AWAY by her expertise, as well as her catching 2 smaller diamonds on my band and halo missing. I had planned on "shopping around" and getting quotes, but after just 5 minutes, I knew there was no way I would find anything better. Due to the cut of my diamond, she needed to get some different sizes in and I knew this would take some time. When the first batch wasn't right, she had new ones overnighted so I wouldn't have to wait longer. The second batch was beautiful, and I even upgraded my center diamond. Off it was whisked to get fixed and when I got the call it was ready, I wasted absolutely NO TIME getting to the store to pick it up. Upon pickup, I felt like I had just gotten engaged all over again. I could not stop staring at it, and needed my husband to drive home so I could continue staring at it in the sun. It was beautiful work, and I was so pleased with the results. I found that the pricing to replace my diamonds and get my ring fixed was very reasonable compared to my research online, as well as the timeline to have everything taken care of. The personal touch was absolutely wonderful, and meeting the family was a huge plus, too! Highly recommend!!

I usually don't put a lot of stock in reviews either positive or negative because the negative…read morereviews are usually the competition of the business being reviewed, and its hard tell if the positive ones are real or not. I can tell you first hand, when it comes to this store the positive reviews are real. The one negative reviewer who in his post seems to know all the ins and outs jewelry business, like what machines are used to evaluate coins, and what the price of platinum is. Who really knows the price of platinum and palladium besides someone in the business. Gold and Silver yes, but platinum palladium? What also doesn't make a lot of sense is if you have 48K worth of coins, like he claims, wouldn't it make more sense to sell it to another collector or at a coin show to get as much as possible. This makes me very skeptical of the negative review left by Jeff S. and makes me believe the review was left by a competitor or a jackass. What I do know, is I went to 3 different stores to get coins evaluated that my father left to me recently when he passed away in October. This store was the last store of the 3 I went to and they gave me the most money for my coins of the 3 stores. In my opinion the difference was pretty significant. I was very happy and realized that the other 2 stores were basically taking advantage of me. After the deal was completed and I had been paid I asked the the owner Bert I believe his name is and his assistant Jon, why the 3 appraisals from the 3 different shops were of so drastically different for the same items. They explained to me that he could not speak for other shops but in their shop they give the best possible price on items to keep their inventory full and they do not have high margins on items they buy and sell. They keeps the doors open by doing high volume and repeat customers. Well guys you earned a new customer, I will be back for that Rolex one of these days. Thank you for being fair and not taking advantage of me. God Bless, and Happy Holidays. Paul Tyler

I knew exactly what I wanted, but we had been to a number of jewelers who told me it simply wasn't possible. I'm glad that I visited Arthur before I gave up my search. He took the time to sit down with my (now) husband and me and talk us through our options. Unlike the other jewelers, who told me that I would never be able to get what I wanted, Arthur actually gave us 2-3 different ways we could accomplish our exact goal! I was so thrilled to have found someone who could make it happen. Arthur was friendly, professional, straightforward, and worked hard to make sure that we were happy with the ring. He was able to use the gold from my mother's original wedding band to make my wedding band, which was also super important to me! I cannot say enough positive things about Arthur and would highly recommend Arthur's Jewelry to anyone looking for high quality, personalized service!
