The location is terrific, right off the main street and surrounded by several eatery options. There's a river that runs through the property and has a nice walking trail too. The mature trees and landscape seal the deal for me. The room was super comfortable and I kind of liked how the bathroom was actually two spaces-one for the toilet and sink and another room for the shower and counter. It helps when you have more than one guest in the room and they can each take care of different business at the same time. Breakfast was modest but respectable. Everything we encountered was clean and well maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Maintenance: blown light bulbs in the fridge and microwave. There is a small gap between the sliding windows allowing a little road noise. Also, the windows cannot be locked. Accident: on our first night, lightning struck the hotel! It took out one elevator, the Wi-Fi on our floor, and apparently some other equipment. Not the fault of the hotel but it did change our experience! The team did the best they could. Apparently, the hotel was built in 2008 and will be renovated in 2025. As part of the renovation, hotel management should assess whether it needs to install a lightning rod to reduce the damage from future lightning strikes. And to choose nonslip bathtubs.

Something new each morning...german pancake, apple pancakes, french toast, all amazing and they are able to accommodate any special diet needs. The room was clean, bright and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the fabulous space and beautiful, unique decorations and fixtures. There is a large banquet room in the back and lots of outside space for them to host events and parties. It is a great place to stay where you may have a group of folks where each room has lockable doors but you can still easily hang out of you want to. I didn't go upstairs but I believe there are 5 rooms in total. We have it booked again for next year and I hope to be lucky enough to be part of the group staying there again :).

Although their primary business is an event hall (weddings and receptions) they pay close attention to the B&B and its six rooms. Breakfasts are excellent and never fail to impress.

I had a guest threaten me with bodily injury, had to call the cops and the manager chewed us out for calling the cops. The guest was a foot away from me, threatening physical harm / bodily injury. Best Western manager said I shouldn't have called the cops. Management's customer service is very poor. They lack the priority of safety and the training in guest safety. This could have ended extremely bad for Best Western if the guy was not restrained by others. Best Western Staff, Manager & Corporate gets an F for what should be #1 priority for safety. Corporate has not responded to my complaint in 10 days. I Will Not be staying at this Best Western Weston Inn & advise everyone to stay away from this property as guests safety is not of any concern for Best Western management. Also the upkeep of this inn is very poor as the carpets are showing wear and tear, down to the padding. Just goes to show you that safety and the maintenance is at the bottom of caring. Future Guests Beware!

The faucet for the bathtub wasn't attached ro the tub itself. You could just pick it up and carry it around with you. In keeping with that theme, the fireplace wasn't actually attached to anything. It's just a wall decoration that looks like a gas fireplace. You can't actually use it. On top of that, there were small black stains on our sheets. Bathroom door doesn't latch shut. Breakfast is really quite bad. Took one bite of "eggs," (yellow substance that was grainy and wet), and promptly threw them away. This place is awful.

At roughly $250 a night in a small northern Utah city, Towneplace Suites by Marriott in Logan seems…read morea bit overpriced. The hotel is brand new, located on Main Street close to the Logan River walking trail. The building is set back from the street behind a strip mall development with poor signage. The entrance was also oddly nondescript and difficult to discern from the rest of the structure. The lobby is clean and open; free hot continental breakfast is served there every morning until 9:30ish. There's a small convenience kiosk near the front desk where one can purchase snacks and toiletries. Our room was small, but well-appointed. It included a king bed with a hard mattress and some thin, uncomfortable pillows. A kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave was a nice feature. The loveseat was low and hard as a rock. We found the room to be poorly insulated against noise as the air conditioning was very loud and one could hear everything in the hallway and from the floor above. The bathroom was spacious and well-designed, but I was not a fan of the toiletries, which were of the bulk, common-use pump variety. Towneplace Suites in Logan was an adequate place to stay, but I expected more from the Marriott brand and the high price point.

My 88 year old mother was with us, and she uses a wheelchair. We were offered the handicapped accessible suite, which was convenient and easy for her to maneuver around. The bathroom had a roll-in shower with a fold-out seat, and grab bars. There was a dining table at an appropriate level for the wheelchair too. Bobby, who was working at the front desk early Saturday afternoon on April 29th, went above and beyond to assist us. He was extremely helpful and courteous. He helped us get our belongings up to our room, as I had to push my mom in her wheelchair. Thank you Bobby!

$265 for one night in a dark musty basement…read more I can't speak for the other flats on the other floors, but I honestly don't know how they get away with charging close to $300 a night and calling a dark basement with no windows luxury. The photos online are incredibly deceptive. They make it look like a modern studio flat with plenty of natural light. The truth is that it is in the basement of an early 1900s building with 2 sliver slats of glass. It's dark, it's musty smelling. Also not mentioned on their website is that it is literally spitting distance from a giant mortuary. Now for some, that might be a selling point, but not for us. There were giant cobwebs in the tiny window slats and yes, we did see a giant spider that eluded us and made our "sleep" not restful. Speaking of the bed, not comfortable. Again, this place is advertised as LUXURY. Their words. Not mine. It's fine to call something rustic or industrial, but this room in particular is being sold as something it isn't. The bedding was hot, the bed was a rock, but it does vibrate on command if you are into that. If this place were closer to $100 a night then I could maybe see this being just a weird night and a funny story. But there are other hotels in the area that charge $100 less and offer a free breakfast and you don't have to clean up after yourself. This is not a boutique hotel, it's an Air b&b. Little things: Website says bathrooms are stocked with Aveda products, they were not. Websites says to enjoy complimentary snacks (bottles of arrowhead water and 4 bags of chips) You have to do your own dishes The water pressure is TERRIBLE There wasn't much hot water at night Despite being in the basement it was weirdly hot Whatever they are using to clean was irritating our eyes the entire time. Again, it's one thing to call a spade a spade and charge accordingly. This company is not being honest about these accommodations and they are charging luxury prices. This is a small town in the off season. We booked this room specifically because we wanted to have a nice luxury hotel stay. We aren't rich and this was a stretch for us to afford but again, it was supposed to be a luxury experience. So disappointed. We didn't sleep and we are out almost $300

We are already looking forward to returning to experience more of their unique themed suites. The Highlights: The Room & Atmosphere: The "Players" theme is well-executed with lots of fun details. One of the best parts was the heart-shaped jetted tub, which adds a nice romantic touch to the sporty theme. Check-in: The start of our stay was wonderful. Check-in was fast and pleasant, and the freshly baked cookies in the lobby were a delicious surprise. The Shower: The shower was a standout--the water pressure was absolutely perfect. Areas for Improvement: Food & Drink: While the lobby cookies were great, the breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. Additionally, keep in mind there is no coffee in the room, so you'll need to head to the lobby for your morning fix. Jetted Tub Maintenance: While the heart-shaped tub is a great feature, it took quite a long time to fill, and the jets weren't very strong. Check-out Service: Unfortunately, the service at the end of our stay was a letdown. The check-out attendant was unpleasant and seemed bothered by our presence. When we returned to the desk to inquire about a gift card, she didn't even look up and appeared visibly "put out" that I had come back. Overall: We love the creativity of these rooms and the fun atmosphere of the Players suite. We hope the service consistency and breakfast quality improve, as we'd still love to come back and try a different theme soon!

For the Logan location:…read more This was, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any hotel or bed-and-breakfast. Our breakfast arrived more than one hour later than scheduled and was stone cold upon arrival. Additionally, my boyfriend's waffles were missing syrup. I attempted to contact the front desk about it three times that morning by phone, but no one answered. I then went downstairs--in my pajamas--to address the issue, only to find the front desk unattended. There was a note indicating staff were delivering other breakfasts and instructing guests to call a listed number for assistance. Unfortunately, calling that number simply caused the unattended front desk phone to ring. I was very surprised that there were not multiple staff members available or that employees were not equipped with mobile phones to assist guests in real time. Following our stay, I made at least five attempts over the course of a month to contact the manager and left several messages. I was never able to reach her--as she never seemed to be working whenever I called--nor did I receive a return call to discuss the situation. I had always wanted to stay at this property, and my excitement was high when my boyfriend booked it for my birthday. Unfortunately, due to this experience, what should have been a special occasion was completely overshadowed. This experience demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and concern for customer service, and it was deeply disappointing--especially for the price. :(
