I don't travel too often but this is the first hotel I've seen charge a "transient room tax" which Google tells me is a hotel charging you for staying for a short time. I only stayed one night on a Tuesday and it cost me $192.55 which is around $50 more than other places I've stayed at. What's nice is their free, complimentary breakfast which eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, pastries, waffles, and fruits. The whole place was nice and clean. Additionally, parking is free and there's plenty of it. It was fortuitous that even though it's on the main street, there aren't many cars passing by; this is nice as a ton of passing cars tends to keep me awake at night. They've also got a nice indoor pool sand jacuzzi. Their workout area is 25% bigger than the other places I've seen and features a lot of free weight dumbbells and disposable headphones. Overall, it was a nice stay if you're willing to spend a little more money. read more

When we visit Logan we always stay here. There is a large parking lot, the front desk staff is delightful, the lobby area is spacious with ample seating, the rooms are spacious with the standard amenities, the continental breakfast has all of the Hampton Inn staples, and the pool is massive with an indoor/outdoor hot tub. We love the location and the number of local gems within walking distance. read more

Stayed here for a couple weeks for work and had a great experience. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodations were met. Located in an overall cute little town right next to Utah State University. read more

Hubster and I needed a hotel for the night returning from a 10-day vacation, and the Hampton Inn & Suites in Logan, Utah, definitely fit the bill! We were even able to book a king suite at only a slight extra charge, and it was the roomiest and best laid-out suite we had ever been in! In fact everything was roomy and well laid out, from the check-in/baggage dropoff/pickup circle drive to the area with luggage trolleys just inside the sliding front doors to the front desk to the breakfast area! One of the things we liked most was the desk/table in the middle of the room that allowed two people to work on either side of it! Also the barn door covering the bathroom area was a really great privacy feature without taking up any extra space. Their breakfast was out of this world delicious! All the staff members we came in contact with were extremely polite and friendly! Definitely gonna try this hotel again, and next time hope to have more nights and maybe take a dip in the pool too! read more

If I am staying in Logan, it's always here. The rooms are always clean. They do an ADA room right. Bathroom is large and spacious. Plenty of room to maneuver around. Can fit under bathroom sink. Bed is not too high and easily transferable from wheelchair. They always have hot coffee in the common area. Cookies at night and free breakfast in the AM. Gym is nice and has a Peleton bike. Swimming pool has a wheelchair lift so you can swim. Overall great place. read more

The little bit we were able to stay was phenomenal Morgan at the front desk really took care of us. The room was a lot bigger and nicer than we were thinking. My Wife had a medical episode in the hot tub where emergency personnel was called and they went above and beyond to help take care of our family that day 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend and we will definitely be going back soon. read more

Hotel was ok. The hallway smelled like feet as soon as we got to our floor. They could really use a carpet deep clean. The beds were extremely firm and we had to esp for more blankets to make our own pillow topper. The real plus side was that the hotel is close to USU and was downtown near all of the food and shops. read more

The best place to stay in Logan! The hotel is located in the heart of Logan. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean. The pool is great with a nice area for kids to play and a jacuzzi that goes from the inside to the outside. In the morning, the breakfast food was very good and compete. They have bagels, muffins, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal and waffles with lots of toppings, eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, yogurt, smoothies, juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Sadly, I watched a couple of visitors get upset with the breakfast young girls because they didn't want to use masks or gloves to get into the buffet, like is required by the hotel. I found quite ridiculous that the hotel informed the visitors about this rules and yet some of them get really upset and mistreated the employees in front of other visitors that are trying to enjoy their breakfast. Also, I did a reservation for a specific room and got a called the next day to informed me that I couldn't get that room and they will reimburse some of the money and gave me a smaller room. I got a room next to the pool with two queen beds that was spacious but I will have preferred the king size bed with a pull out sofa bed, like I reserved. read more

What an amazing stay I had! This location has a pool, workout room, snack shop... everything you will need. The front desk staff is wonderful! If you're lucky enough to have Baelie check you in, your day will start off super great. I always sleep so well here because my mattress is amazing every time. The rooms have blackout curtains and that makes it even better. This hotel is fairly new and it shows in every detail. Don't skip breakfast. You will be sorry. Lots of fresh fruit, waffles, sausage, and omelettes! read more

Stayed here to move sons into USU - had early arrival flight from SLC and asked for early check in. Camille was simple amazing even though she didn't have a room available when I asked the night before, she kept in great communication with constant texts about where I was, expected arrival time and ultimately she was able to get me a room when we arrived!!! Friendly and very concerned about our experience during an emotional time as a mom. We will definitely stay here during our visit is to Logan Also love love love that they support cruelty free, healthy in-room brand lotion, soap, shampoo/conditioner ‍Forgot to take a pic - next time read more

The one star is for the front guy with the stretched earlobes. We asked you about a late check out today (5/3/2024) and you claimed you couldn't accommodate us. Moments later someone else did exactly what you claimed couldn't happen. So to the front desk woman, you deserve a 5 star, we were in a bind and you helped us out. I will get names when we check out and will come and update the his interview. read more

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Small fridge with no freezer. Had a studio room to sleep six (two slept on a sofa bed). Bathroom needs more hooks. And a room to sleep six should have towels and supplies for six already stocked. But we did like the property. Decent hot breakfast. I loved the set up of the hotel pool. The only thing I didn't like about it, was that it had some jets on the side of one section of the pool that we couldn't find any way to turn on. I think the kids would think those were really fun. read more

I really want to give 5 stars, but just a few things are holding me back. We arrived around 9pm on Friday night, the parking lot and the lobby were still very lively. The front desk worker Carter made great conversation with us as we were checking in. He was courteous, polite, and friendly. Checking in was smooth and we headed to our room. We were located on the 4th floor. We were only staying 1 night so there was no reason we needed a suite. The room itself was nicely decorated and appeared to be very clean. The bathroom was spacious and really well lit. The bed was a nice level of firmness, but not too soft. The ac worked like a dream and quickly. Large tv setup, mini fridge, a couch with a nice portable desk/table furniture. Although we didn't get in, the pool seemed pretty spacious and looked fun for kids. The complimentary breakfast was great! The spread included Waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, toast, danishes, muffins, French toast sticks, eggs, and sausages. It was delicious and very filling 6-10 I think it was, plenty of time to even sleep in a bit and still get something to eat. The staff were very friendly tending the breakfast area as well as the housekeeping ladies who greeted us and smiled at us as we passed them in the hall. My only setbacks are minor, but if considered and improved, could be a 5/5 stars every time. The pillows were so soft, it was wild, there were 4 on the bed all soft as could be. I've seen other hotels put on 2 firm and 2 soft so both ends of the spectrum are taken care of. Second would be the parking lot. When we arrived there wasn't a ton available, but as we left to get food and returned, we were lucky to find the last spot vacant in the whole parking lot located in the very back corner. How upsetting it would be to arrive just a few minutes later with no where to park the car, or imagine a family arriving late causing unnecessary stress to locate a place to park for the night elsewhere because the lot was full. Perhaps there is another area, but it wasn't advertised or mentioned. Like I mentioned, minor little things, I could've been more proactive asking about the pillow options or parking alternatives. But I didn't want to be a bother. I would definitely consider coming here again and will be recommending this hotel to other people. Here's hoping I can give 5 stars the next time! read more

I have 5 main criteria for hotels: Clean, Quiet, Good Bed, Excellent water pressure/hot water, and staff Here's how these guys shook out: Clean Absolutely, and especially during Covid times this is critical. Recently renovated and probably one of the newer hotels in Logan Quiet Depends. The walls are thin and originally we were in a room by the road and it was very noisy. When I asked the front desk if there might be a quiter room they IMMEDIATELY and with all happiness switched me to an upgraded room which was not by the road or sharing walls with neighbors . Good Bed Compared to some of apple crates I've slept on before this wasn't bad, however... It is a pretty hard mattress covered with some sort of pillow top. If you are looking for a big comfy plush bed, these are not it unfortunately. Water Pressure/Hot Water ABSOLUTELY! Massaging shower head with serveal adjustable settings. No weak trickles here, and hot water for days! Considering how cold it can get up here, this was a God send Staff Cannot say enough good things about this staff. This might be the best customer service experience I have ever had in a hotel. From the initial phone call to inquire about rooms, to the extra time they gave us at checkout, this staff went about and beyond. 100/10 read more

This Hampton Inn is amazing! Using the Hilton app makes reservations, check-in, special requests so easy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast has so many choices. My husband is lactose intolerant and they have protein choices without cheese or milk. At night they have fresh cookies, what a way to end the day! I can't wait for our next visit to Logan and Hampton Inn. read more

Driving cross country with my family and decided that we would stay here because of all the positive reviews and because it was a newer hotel. I'm glad we did. I stay at Hilton all the time and this property has a great staff all around. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness of our room and the public areas. I honestly don't think I have stayed at a property as clean as this one. My only issue was the parking lot was small. We checked in later in the evening and the lot was full. We ended up having to park by the side walk. I also noticed a car parked in front of the lobby that was parked overnight. We would stay here again if we ever drive by or back in the area! read more

We have stayed at this hotel for the last year and a half. We have enjoyed this hotel every time until this last stay. Two hours before we checked out, the cleaning staff came into our room, opened a present that we left in the room, opened the card to look for money, and took our food, wine, and cupcakes. The front desk explained that this happens if you don't leave your luggage in your room. At first all they had was the record (the item in the present) at the front desk. We explained that this was NOT okay and that we had a gift bag, cupcakes, wine, and candles also. They eventually got everything back to us (minus the food), but the birthday card had been opened - apparently looking for money!!! Essentially, their cleaning staff tried to steal things from our room!!!! The front desk reimbursed us $10 for the food. However, this is such a small amount considering that our feeling of safety was taken from us. We will probably never stay here again. read more

We've stayed in the past as we visit the Logan area at least 5-6 times a year and hold a diamond membership with Hilton but vow to never stay again at this 'motel'. Check in was painful as we were told the room we booked was not available due to a soccer team taking over the hotel. The pool was overrun with the same soccer team which consisted of teenagers with little oversight. They broke the exit light and left wires hanging. They loaded themselves into the elevator with us while we were bringing luggage in needing to go one floor (kind of ironic since they needed to get to practice yet can't go one flight of stairs) and did nothing but curse in front of my 4 young children. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again due to this experience. While the hotel may not be directly responsible for this unruly group, they are responsible for not taking action with the group leaders and need to understand and accept the consequences of booking a large teenage group with no oversight has to the rest of the guests. read more

I stayed here for three nights with my five children and wife. We had two joint rooms that were very comfortable. Everybody got their own bed. If you have a big family and need to stay somewhere fun I would highly recommend this hotel! Only thing I would recommend are some more veggie or fruit friendly dishes for breakfast. Everything was very meat and dairy-based. The staff was very accommodating friendly. I will definitely be returning here! read more

We loved our stay at the Hampton! They've thought of everything when it comes to amenities. The new modern design is so nice and really adds to the feeling of cleanliness. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and they switched it up a little bit each morning, which was nice.
