This was a great place to stay. I was impressed with the city of Logan and this Hampton inn was no different. Clean and efficient.

The breakfast buffet was very good!

The best place to stay in Logan! The hotel is located in the heart of Logan. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean. The pool is great with a nice area for kids to play and a jacuzzi that goes from the inside to the outside. In the morning, the breakfast food was very good and compete. They have bagels, muffins, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal and waffles with lots of toppings, eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, yogurt, smoothies, juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Sadly, I watched a couple of visitors get upset with the breakfast young girls because they didn't want to use masks or gloves to get into the buffet, like is required by the hotel. I found quite ridiculous that the hotel informed the visitors about this rules and yet some of them get really upset and mistreated the employees in front of other visitors that are trying to enjoy their breakfast. Also, I did a reservation for a specific room and got a called the next day to informed me that I couldn't get that room and they will reimburse some of the money and gave me a smaller room. I got a room next to the pool with two queen beds that was spacious but I will have preferred the king size bed with a pull out sofa bed, like I reserved.

What an amazing stay I had! This location has a pool, workout room, snack shop... everything you will need. The front desk staff is wonderful! If you're lucky enough to have Baelie check you in, your day will start off super great. I always sleep so well here because my mattress is amazing every time. The rooms have blackout curtains and that makes it even better. This hotel is fairly new and it shows in every detail. Don't skip breakfast. You will be sorry. Lots of fresh fruit, waffles, sausage, and omelettes!

I really want to give 5 stars, but just a few things are holding me back. We arrived around 9pm on Friday night, the parking lot and the lobby were still very lively. The front desk worker Carter made great conversation with us as we were checking in. He was courteous, polite, and friendly. Checking in was smooth and we headed to our room. We were located on the 4th floor. We were only staying 1 night so there was no reason we needed a suite. The room itself was nicely decorated and appeared to be very clean. The bathroom was spacious and really well lit. The bed was a nice level of firmness, but not too soft. The ac worked like a dream and quickly. Large tv setup, mini fridge, a couch with a nice portable desk/table furniture. Although we didn't get in, the pool seemed pretty spacious and looked fun for kids. The complimentary breakfast was great! The spread included Waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, toast, danishes, muffins, French toast sticks, eggs, and sausages. It was delicious and very filling 6-10 I think it was, plenty of time to even sleep in a bit and still get something to eat. The staff were very friendly tending the breakfast area as well as the housekeeping ladies who greeted us and smiled at us as we passed them in the hall. My only setbacks are minor, but if considered and improved, could be a 5/5 stars every time. The pillows were so soft, it was wild, there were 4 on the bed all soft as could be. I've seen other hotels put on 2 firm and 2 soft so both ends of the spectrum are taken care of. Second would be the parking lot. When we arrived there wasn't a ton available, but as we left to get food and returned, we were lucky to find the last spot vacant in the whole parking lot located in the very back corner. How upsetting it would be to arrive just a few minutes later with no where to park the car, or imagine a family arriving late causing unnecessary stress to locate a place to park for the night elsewhere because the lot was full. Perhaps there is another area, but it wasn't advertised or mentioned. Like I mentioned, minor little things, I could've been more proactive asking about the pillow options or parking alternatives. But I didn't want to be a bother. I would definitely consider coming here again and will be recommending this hotel to other people. Here's hoping I can give 5 stars the next time!

The location is terrific, right off the main street and surrounded by several eatery options. There's a river that runs through the property and has a nice walking trail too. The mature trees and landscape seal the deal for me. The room was super comfortable and I kind of liked how the bathroom was actually two spaces-one for the toilet and sink and another room for the shower and counter. It helps when you have more than one guest in the room and they can each take care of different business at the same time. Breakfast was modest but respectable. Everything we encountered was clean and well maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Maintenance: blown light bulbs in the fridge and microwave. There is a small gap between the sliding windows allowing a little road noise. Also, the windows cannot be locked. Accident: on our first night, lightning struck the hotel! It took out one elevator, the Wi-Fi on our floor, and apparently some other equipment. Not the fault of the hotel but it did change our experience! The team did the best they could. Apparently, the hotel was built in 2008 and will be renovated in 2025. As part of the renovation, hotel management should assess whether it needs to install a lightning rod to reduce the damage from future lightning strikes. And to choose nonslip bathtubs.

The hotel is brand new, located on Main Street close to the Logan River walking trail. The building is set back from the street behind a strip mall development with poor signage. The entrance was also oddly nondescript and difficult to discern from the rest of the structure. The lobby is clean and open; free hot continental breakfast is served there every morning until 9:30ish. There's a small convenience kiosk near the front desk where one can purchase snacks and toiletries. Our room was small, but well-appointed. It included a king bed with a hard mattress and some thin, uncomfortable pillows. A kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave was a nice feature. The loveseat was low and hard as a rock. We found the room to be poorly insulated against noise as the air conditioning was very loud and one could hear everything in the hallway and from the floor above. The bathroom was spacious and well-designed, but I was not a fan of the toiletries, which were of the bulk, common-use pump variety. Towneplace Suites in Logan was an adequate place to stay, but I expected more from the Marriott brand and the high price point.

$265 for one night in a dark musty basement…read more I can't speak for the other flats on the other floors, but I honestly don't know how they get away with charging close to $300 a night and calling a dark basement with no windows luxury. The photos online are incredibly deceptive. They make it look like a modern studio flat with plenty of natural light. The truth is that it is in the basement of an early 1900s building with 2 sliver slats of glass. It's dark, it's musty smelling. Also not mentioned on their website is that it is literally spitting distance from a giant mortuary. Now for some, that might be a selling point, but not for us. There were giant cobwebs in the tiny window slats and yes, we did see a giant spider that eluded us and made our "sleep" not restful. Speaking of the bed, not comfortable. Again, this place is advertised as LUXURY. Their words. Not mine. It's fine to call something rustic or industrial, but this room in particular is being sold as something it isn't. The bedding was hot, the bed was a rock, but it does vibrate on command if you are into that. If this place were closer to $100 a night then I could maybe see this being just a weird night and a funny story. But there are other hotels in the area that charge $100 less and offer a free breakfast and you don't have to clean up after yourself. This is not a boutique hotel, it's an Air b&b. Little things: Website says bathrooms are stocked with Aveda products, they were not. Websites says to enjoy complimentary snacks (bottles of arrowhead water and 4 bags of chips) You have to do your own dishes The water pressure is TERRIBLE There wasn't much hot water at night Despite being in the basement it was weirdly hot Whatever they are using to clean was irritating our eyes the entire time. Again, it's one thing to call a spade a spade and charge accordingly. This company is not being honest about these accommodations and they are charging luxury prices. This is a small town in the off season. We booked this room specifically because we wanted to have a nice luxury hotel stay. We aren't rich and this was a stretch for us to afford but again, it was supposed to be a luxury experience. So disappointed. We didn't sleep and we are out almost $300

Our breakfast arrived more than one hour later than scheduled and was stone cold upon arrival. Additionally, my boyfriend's waffles were missing syrup. I attempted to contact the front desk about it three times that morning by phone, but no one answered. I then went downstairs--in my pajamas--to address the issue, only to find the front desk unattended. There was a note indicating staff were delivering other breakfasts and instructing guests to call a listed number for assistance. Unfortunately, calling that number simply caused the unattended front desk phone to ring. I was very surprised that there were not multiple staff members available or that employees were not equipped with mobile phones to assist guests in real time. Following our stay, I made at least five attempts over the course of a month to contact the manager and left several messages. I was never able to reach her--as she never seemed to be working whenever I called--nor did I receive a return call to discuss the situation. I had always wanted to stay at this property, and my excitement was high when my boyfriend booked it for my birthday. Unfortunately, due to this experience, what should have been a special occasion was completely overshadowed. This experience demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and concern for customer service, and it was deeply disappointing--especially for the price. :(
