Years ago my husband had Old Town rebuild the bench seat in our '67 C10 barn find. The original seat was in such bad shape my hubby drove it sitting on an old milk crate. They recommended adding cup holders in the back of the center seat, which I now use to keep a fire extinguisher at the ready. Someday we will put drinks in there, haha. But since we were so happy with that work, when it was time to repair our mustang, we new exactly where to take it. The leather was coming apart in one seat, and the headliner had been pulled down by my grandson over the last few years. Personally, I was impressed by how well the new seat matches the existing seat. At first I thought they had replaced both seats. And the headliner is immaculate. Side note, no more grandchildren in this car! They can go in Grandpa's car! When the upholstered ceiling of my nearly 15 year old car began to collapse, I took it to the dealer for an estimate. After being revived by medical personnel (because their estimate was so high), I sought other options and this place was recommended to me. Amazing job on the interior of my 1996 Jaguar XJS convertible. The car looks like it just came off the showroom floor 30 years ago. Erik and his crew are true artists. The head liner on my 2012 Acura TL was falling off. Got several quotes across Yelp, and Old Town Upholstery was by far the most affordable. Eric was a gentleman, that's what my wife and daughter said when they dropped off the car. Very pleased with the service and work done. I first called Erik at OTU in the recommendation of a friend who used him for a similar issue on her leather car seat. I had a thumbnail size tear in the passenger seat and I sent him photos and then took my car in for him to view it in person and he said he actually had a recommendation to a gentleman who's been working with dealerships for about 30 years with just the type of issue I had. I used his recommend a guy and that was very successful, but while I was sitting in the shop waiting for that repair to be done, I was looking around at photos and what they do and I wanted to have my dining room chairs recovered so I asked them if he did that type of work and Erik said "Yes, we can/do them . he gave me a fair price. I told him I needed to hold off a little bit because I didn't want them to be back in my house until my remodel is finished. He said no problem. I contacted him once I bought the fabric and he came to my house within a few days took the cushions off of the chairs took them to the shop. He quoted me i 10 to 12 working days which it was, he brought them back to my house and installed them and they're beautiful! I had forgotten when he removed the cushions that we were missing a few screws for the chair bottoms, and he ran to the local Home Depot and pick them up for me and didn't charge me and that was a very nice thing of him to do. I'm thinking of having a set of bedroom chairs reupholstered and I would definitely go to Erik at Old Town Upholstery! read more

This place completely ruined my dashboard! Do NOT bring your vehicle to this half-assed, wannabe upholstery shop. I brought a dash cover to be installed and I was guaranteed that it would fit great. WRONG! Instead of them informing me that they could NOT do the job, they went ahead and slathered glue onto my dash and tried to make it stick. Not only did it not stick, it came off and the glue will NOT. They took my money and I had to speak to the manager, Erik, in order to be reinbursed. They have not tried to fix the issue and now I'm stuck with the mess they left me with. It is going to cost me way more to repair the mess they made and they have yet to offer a solution. read more

I saw the good ratings, and was interested in replacement seat covers. I went there and he recommended that I bring in my Lexus LX470, so I did. I picked the color and he said he'd email me a quote to do the seats and the center console. I left my name, number and my email, which he put into his tablet. He seemed like a nice guy and was personable and helpful, but I never got a quote or call back from him. He did mention he was busy with a lot of custom work, so I waited a week, and when I still didn't hear back, I figured he didn't want to do the job , so I went to a different Roadwire dealer to purchase. I can say that the Roadwire seat covers he recommended look great and make my 20 year old SUV look new again, so 3 stars for that! read more

Understandably he does not do mobile work, but I can honestly say that he was very gracious on the phone and based on this alone, when I get my cars running, I'm going to see out Eric and only Eric. I needed the headliner in my 2005 GMC Sierra replaced, I found old town upholstery on yelp. After reading the positive reviews of the place I called and spoke to Eric, he was very friendly, I took my truck to the shop and briefly met with Eric and his brother (whose name I forgot, sorry), they looked at what I needed done and gave me a quote. I took the truck in this morning at 9am and had my truck back at 3:30pm. They did an amazing job on the headliner, it was replaced but you would never know it wasn't the original, it looks amazing. I am very happy with the work they did. Eric was very nice, I intend to bring my truck back into the shop soon to have them fix my drivers side seat which has cracked leather on it. I cannot even begin to explain how awesome Erik and his team are. I asked Tuesday morning if I could have some new seat covers installed on my Delorean seats. He asked when I needed them by and I told him the weekend would be fine. Next day at 10am he called and said they were done. He said they were trickier than he expected but which got me a bit worried but when I saw them they were perfect! They added some new foam to make the covers fit perfectly and they are even more comfortable than the stock ones. Will be going back here for any other upholstery jobs I need in the future.
