I have been out of practice for a bit so this was a nice re-entry point. While the music and instruction and very quiet setting were different from my preferred yoga style, I will say that Angelina was a good teacher. The sequencing of the flow was great and I felt very challenged. I also appreciated how engaged she was with each student in different ways and the hands-on assistance she provided. I've been doing yoga for a while but there are still postures I'm confident aren't exactly right. She helped me correct a few and I was very grateful. She also recognized my flexibility and gave me additional adjustments/gentle pushes to get deeper into some postures. I also appreciated Mo at the front desk who was very nice and welcoming. Sometimes, when I come to smaller studios where everyone knows each other, I feel out of place but that wasn't the case here. Thanks, Radiance!

I like going because the studio is well-equipped with a calm atmosphere. Jen has helped me recover from running injuries and has even given me take-home exercises to prevent future issues. It's truly a 5 star experience from the beautiful exterior with the benches and brick patio ... the girl at the front desk was really kind with showing me around and showing me the locker room and shower (SO CLEAN!!!) plus a lovey seating area and wait for it.... CHILD CARE!!!!! You can rsvp for it. Class was led my kerry and I loved her casual kindness and encouragement plus cues were awesome- we were all sweating within 15 minutes !! Her opening breathing exercises were beautiful. I tapped in and pushed. It was a gorgeous but challenging flow. Found it on ClassPass and breathed through it. If you're open to it, Sara is hands-on. Zoom sessions for 60.00 (Individual) or 30.00 (Group), were offered with a note that "our packages would be waiting post-pandemic." This Zoom sessions were quite expensive given no reformer and the pandemic environment so I did not sign up for classes. I have yet to receive a update regarding the studio reopening and when I can use the rest of my package. No issue with paying the money for nothing but seems somewhat greedy.

I came to Pilates Powerhaus because I own a reformer and haven't used it in too many years. I do…read moremat Pilates twice a week, but really want to get into better shape after a knee and shoulder replacement -- plus I have spinal stenosis and sciatica problems. Well, after 3 lessons with Laura, I am learning so much -- and Laura is carefully tailoring my Reformer exercisers to help my sciatica. So far I couldn't be more thrilled -- most of my pain is gone -- and I walk straight and tall at least for the rest of the day. Even my husband has commented that my limp is mostly gone. I signed up for 5 classes and will be continuing beyond those-- the Pilates sessions with Laura have given me more lasting results than therapeutic massages which I had been trying. My Pilates session with Laura is one of the highlights of my week.
