He set up an appt. within days, arrived on time, listened to my project. Tuesday reviewed project (it's a small job but to us it's major undertaking). I figured it would take weeks (big box said). NO. It was done in less than a week - and when we found an issue - he had it fixed before I was finished telling him about it. The installation of counters (in a world of uneven things) - I don't know where to begin - care was taken to demo, and install new counters and you cannot tell there was work done. I'm so impressed with Allan and his company - on time (ahead of schedule), on budget, flexible to what can afford, professional, dealt with difficulties. BEWARE!!! Stay away from this contractor. I ordered granite…read morecounter tops for my kitchen and bathroom remodel and the job has yet to be finished. The manager Alan Garcia promised that he would install the granite and sink Feb 22, 2019 around 2:30pm. He didn't show up, so I left a Yelp review to caution other customers about this contractor's inconsistency. A week later he called livid about the yelp review and stated that he has been busy and to please take the post down if I wanted the work finished. He stated he would be there to install the sinks/counter tops March 2, 2019. Of course, this did not happen so i reported his business to which now he is under investigation with the DPD financial fraud unit "surprisingly" this is not the first time this contractor has did this with customers. Also, tools were missing from the site in which Mr. Garcia admitted to stealing.

My complete review exceeds the character limit, so I am posting here a shortened timeline of events…read moredetailing our dealings with this "company." - 1/15/19 a check was written for $2K as a deposit for granite countertops to be installed in the kitchen. The check was cashed the same day. After the install date got pushed twice, we finally received an install date of 1/25. - 1/25, we received messages from the business owner stating that they were on their way to our home every few hours. They never show up. - I speak to Alan & he re-schedules for 1/26. On 1/26, I reach out. At 9:50 AM he tells me he will call me in an hour. 2 hours later I ask him for another update. He tells me he will call me in another 45 minutes. I let him know that we have called the granite supplier & they have confirmed that he has NOT picked up our granite yet. No response. He finally answers his phone that evening & tells me he is going to send me pictures of our granite in his shop. He sends me a picture of granite that is clearly not ours as the color is completely different. He tells me he is going to come on 1/27. - 1/27, I reach out. No response. 2 hours later, I reach out again. 3 more hours pass & I reach out again. He asks if he can call me later. 2 more hours pass & I ask for another update. 2 MORE hours pass & I reach out again. He has the nerve to respond "Sorry, I can't talk right now." I threaten litigation for breach of contract and of COURSE he responds now. He tells us he is not willing to refund our money even though no work has been completed, NOR has the granite even been picked up from the granite supplier. I tell him all we want is a truthful date in which he will come & complete the work. He tells me 1/29. - On 1/29 he finally shows up @ 2:45 PM. With only HALF of our countertops. After installation, we notice that the bar that is supposed to be installed between the dishwasher & counter is not there. My dad runs outside to catch him as he is leaving. He rolls down his window & yells "Tomorrow!" - On 1/30 I ask him if he is going to be stopping by to install the bar. No response. At 3 PM I follow up. No response. Another hour goes by & I follow up again. He says he will install it on 2/1. - 2/1, I reach out. He tells me the countertops are not ready yet & reschedules for 2/2. I ask him if it is possible for him to come in the morning as we have a family event at 2 pm. No response. 7 hours later, I follow up. No response. - 2/2 he tells me he will be at our house around lunch time. 3 hours later he says the countertops are still not done. Finally at 4 PM, 2 hours after we were supposed to leave for the family event, I tell him that it is too late now & we need to leave. I ask if he can come the next day 2/3, & he says yes. - 2/3, him & his crew come to install the rest of the countertops & they are cutting the granite in our kitchen. We point out several flaws in the installation to him to see if there is anything we can do about them * the overhang on one side is about an inch while another side has an overhang of 1 3/4 inches. He tells us it's normal for it to be uneven. * The kitchen sink is not centered with the window. It is off by almost 2 inches. He says there is nothing he can do about that. * when cutting the granite in our kitchen, one of his crew accidentally cuts too far into the granite and there is a chunk missing. Of course, there is nothing they can do about this. * he did not bring the bar for the dishwasher. * there are three places where you can see a clear line on the granite where the granite is two different colors (it looks very faded due to it being the end of the slab apparently.) He tells us he will come by on 2/4, to install the dishwasher bar & apply some sort of resin on the countertops to help blend the 3 faded parts. On 2/7, I ask him when he will be stopping by. No response. 2/8, I ask him when he will be stopping by. No response. 3 hours later, I ask for another update. He tells me he will contact me on 2/9. On 2/10, I reach out. No response. The next day, 2/11, I reach out. No response. On 2/12, I ask for an update. No response. Finally, I tell him since he has started to completely ignore us, we assume he does not plan on returning to complete the job & will be mentioning such in my online review. Of course, he finally responds saying he will be there on 2/16. On 2/16, I reach out. No response. 2 hours later, I follow up & he has the nerve to again say "Sorry, I can't talk right now" I ask him if he's coming or not. No response. I ask for another update hours later. He says he will call me. He does not call me that day. The next day, 2/17, I ask for an update several times throughout the day. No response. The NEXT day, 2/18, I ask for an update 4 times throughout the day & finally at 5 PM he tells me he will call me in 45 minutes. He never called. We are pretty sure he is never returning & has moved on to scamming other people.
