Fantastic job done in a day with a good crew of hard workers. They ripped out our old driveway,…read morefixed the foundation, and paved it. Our starting material was a crumbling 10 year old driveway put in by another company and done poorly. It's worth the price to have it done right and have your driveway last your 35 some years like we know this one will. We got tons of quotes and Old English Paving won us over with their knowledge and passion for doing the job right with the best quality materials. We're glad we didn't go with the cheapest quote who proposed just coating on top of our significantly crackled (with weeds growing all over). This would've led to us have a crackled driveway in a few years as our asphalt was the wrong grade and the foundation was poorly done with cheap materials. Old English took the time to replace the foundation and re-level it beautifully. They made sure to go back to get additional asphalt so that they could do a nice thick layer rather than just skimping like many companies would do. Very pleased with our beautiful new driveway.

Flowerbed had bad border stone so mulch will spill over. Drains were right next to the house. Swimming area land was slopping down. AFTER Old English Paving Co. paved out driveway:) They fixed the Asphalt that was breaking. They took out the poor dirt from underneath and put 4" of asphalt. - Used good roadstone foundation to ensure water drains to ground underneath. - they had leveled our paved walkway very nicely and refilled the sand. - what we loved the most is their designing and honesty. offered a designing of the front flowerbed and Gave us beautiful flowerbed stone border layer down with perfection. - also did Drain pipe fixing. So the water drains and seeps far away from the house - Even leveled the soil near our swimming pool area. By adding some dirt. - Honest, reasonable people and very professional people. They explained out - Working with the owner is different as he has team of professionals. - Very experienced team. Honored their word. Workers are professional. - Neat job done, cleaned up after work. - They have agreed to Work on our bamboos patch removal in spring. They were so honest that ground is too soft to get them out in winter so we will wait for the summer.

The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey…read moreRoofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. If I could give them 10 stars I would. GREAT JOB!!

I needed push piers to stabilize my home's foundation, and after getting several quotes, I chose…read moreGroundworks. Their pricing was similar to the competitors, but what set them apart was that they offered unlimited pier depth per section. Other companies had limits--for example, up to 20 feet, then an additional charge per foot after that. I'm glad I went with Groundworks because several of my piers ended up going 90 feet deep across 16 sections. With another company, that could have cost me significantly more. I also had their gutter guard system installed (similar to a French drain, though they claim it's better), along with a vapor barrier and mold treatment. I will say, if you have a serious mold issue, I'd recommend hiring a dedicated mold remediation company instead. I did have an issue with the mold spray, but after calling a couple of times, I was able to speak with a manager who surprisingly took my concerns seriously and resolved the issue. The salesman who came to my house, Randy S., was excellent--very thorough and knowledgeable. He always answered my calls and would text be back in a reasonable timeframe. One thing I didn't like was the same-day discount tactic. They present you with a price, then offer 10% off (or whatever discount they choose) if you sign that day. It puts pressure on you to make a major decision on the spot, which is difficult when you're spending over $50,000. There is a three-day cancellation window, but some people may see the discount as more of a sales tactic than a real benefit. I also want to mention the foreman on the job, Jose G. He was great--he answered all of my questions and even let me watch and learn a little while they were working. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. Their warranty is transferable, which is a nice bonus, and hopefully I won't have any more issues going forward.

He is extremely knowledgeable and offered me so much valuable advice about the damp basement issue at my house. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. Our driveway was 6 inches lower than our garage and the walkway wasn't lined up to the driveway or patio. After a few outrageously expensive estimates from several companies and a few aggressive sales pitches I came across Concrete Chiropractor. The estimation process was simple as they asked me to take pictures and included a guide on how to do it. They followed up with a phone call and explained the process to me. They then sent me a DocuSign document (contract) and told me they would be in touch to schedule in a few weeks. When the crew showed up they again explained the process and in just a few hours everything was fixed perfectly and the price was fair. In fact they don't haggle or play games just give a fair price for the work.
