They have dug out and installed french drains with sump pumps as well as repaired and painted walls, ceilings, and brickwork. All of these things were done expertly. But the most significant work they've done was to create, from the ground up, an addition to our house. We call it an addition, a sunroom, our new "hang out all day" room. A 14x16 vaulted ceiling with support beam masterpiece, the casement windows are all handmade with the finest craftsmanship and care. They spent hours, days and weeks measuring, sanding, staining, painting, glueing, nailing, and appraising. Perfection was the goal and it was accomplished over and over again. We were especially appreciative of the creativity and thoughtfulness with design and vision: Blaine especially was adept at providing the many options involved in all aspects of the job to choose from - such as tile material and color to stain shades - and then, when asked, gave his highly informed and relevant ideas and opinions. And when supplier issues and delays occurred as they always seem to these days they were undeterred and never rushed nor took shortcuts. They were always punctual, courteous, and up front with all details and accounting. Our cost overages were insignificant. When we moved to our home in April of 2019 there was no water softener, the oven needed replaced…read moreand the water heater was installed wrong. We called Roses who took care of everything we needed. They relocated the water heater to our mechanical room and re-routed all plumbing and electrical. Plumbed in a water softener and whole house filter we already purchased and ran a new gas line to our oven. They were very efficient and work was awesome. If I had to do it over I would have specified copper piping, but our budget was tight with all of the work we needed to have done right away after moving in. They had "specialists" for each, the plumbing, gas line and electrical. These guys worked in unison, everything was fault free and did a great cleanup after they were done. We plan to have the piping replaced with copper at a later date and will be calling them back out to take care of that when it's time. Great work without breaking your wallet.

Got in touch with W & A construction, William P. showed up on time to have a look at the repairs that needed to be done, sent me an estimate in a timely manner. William and his crew showed up on time to start with the project, got to work right away and I was very happy with the results and the price, repairs looked better than brand new. Stopped payment on the check, chased him for another two weeks to get him to come back and finish the work and he gave us excuses as to why he couldn't fix the fire pit he built that was filled with water and then had the nerve to say he isn't a landscaper. The epitome of a scam artist, don't do it to yourself, save the frustration and go with a reputable company. Finally just paid him to go away. He does sh!t work, do yourself a favor and go with someone else. I wish I had!!
