The Old School surgery is fairly new in it's current position. For years it was in outdated building round the corner with no parking and an awful waiting room.
Now it's been 'installed' into this delightful old school it's almost nice to have to go to the doctors.
There is ample parking at the back, unless you go at school time as the parents park here to pick their kids up.
The waiting area is small but ok with a large mural of animals on the wall and lots to do for the kids while they wait.
They've stopped calling your name out now though and instead have an sign that flashes up your name and doctor which is annoying because some seats face away from the reception desk so you don't know when it pops up. This is if you process your own arrival into the computer screen as you come in- if you forget you could be sitting there forever.
It makes you wonder what the reception staff actually do now all these little jobs are taken away from them. They certainly don't like answering the phone.
