The store has a really cool design and layout and is usually pretty organized! The prices aren't bad, they're pretty comparable to the same brands and items elsewhere. Tilly's frequently has various sales and promotions which is awesome. My favorite thing about this store is the EXCELLENT customer service!! Many retail companies are lacking anymore when it comes to customer service, especially in the Southern Park Mall, but Tilly's really goes above and beyond! Overall, I would highly recommend this store for outstanding customer service and the hottest trends!

The only issue was that the store was very disorganized, and it was extremely difficult to find any sizes, styles, or brands. The merchandise was all over stuffed on the racks in a random assortment. This was super frustrating and made it take forever to find what we needed. We did have a good experience otherwise. John was very friendly and helpful at the checkout.
