DO NOT SELL HERE PLEASE!! I brought in an entire bag full of name brand, quality, like-new clothes. They took 75% and gave me 20$. They also didn't give me any type of receipt or anything that could prove what they took or how much they have per item. They also did not give me an option to give me my clothes back and just not take the money. They are out here scamming children and families. I never write bad reviews because I know people are just trying to get through the day at their boring jobs. But that's just how angry I am about this. So here I am, in my car, with a pretty much empty bag of clothes, and $20. WTF?!?! read more

A great selection of gently used kids clothing, you can often find stuff with the original tags still on. They are a bit picky when selling, but seem to be fair, and that's why the buying side is great. A good selection of toys too. read more

I must say I've been coming here for years, even when they were at their old location by Joann Fabrics, and I am impressed. The store is cleaned up and more organized. The cashier was very friendly. I haven't brought in any clothes for awhile, but I plan on it. Definitely a much better selection of gently worn items. read more

If you are a parent Once Upon A Child is a the kind of place you need to shop for gently used name brand kids clothing, toys, and baby gear. My children are particularly rough on clothes and I like dressing them nicely, so OUAC is a goldmine for me. They over price everything. You can go buy a brand new item for about $2-$5 more. Horrible customer service and staff is very rude. I bought a baby bouncer that I didn't realize was broken and missing pieces till we got it home. I took it back explaining the issue, they blamed me for breaking it and loosing the parts. Also lied to me about how much I paid. I paid $60 for the bouncer and they claimed they only sold it to me for $30. And there was conveniently no price for the items on my receipt, only a total. In short I lost out on $60 and got stuck with a broken baby bouncer. Never again. read more

I absolutely love this place. It is so organized that you can find what you're looking for in minutes. Pricing is unbeatable. Lately I've found quite a few items with staining that's my only reason for not giving full 5 stars. Otherwise wonderful. Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. I can go into this shop and get beautifully used clothes for my son and daughter for very reasonable prices! I love this place. My son and daughter both got school clothes for next to nothing and they were all beautiful and look barely used at all.
