This has happened more than once, and it leaves a bad impression every time. No customer should feel overlooked or treated differently. I went to the front to report the incident to Brian the manager, he acted confused until another woman came over and asked me if I was telling the manager about the male being in the dressing rooms.(she was clearly upset about the incident as well) And then Brian said " I don't know the mental state of the male in the changing room" I said, "what are you talking about? It doesn't matter his mental state" "How about the mental state of the girls that are in there changing their clothes while a man is on the other side of the door!!" he said "we have cameras. This particular store has friendly sales associates, a good selection of clothes and fun jewelry. These aren't clothes that will generally last forever but they're at such a good price they don't have to. I also like that they have wide-width shoes.
