We have started purchasing our leather belts at festivals from vendors who specialize in leather products. They usually carry belts and leather accessories for men women and children, in a variety of colors and designs. We simply need belts that can do the job and will last for more than a season. We saw this particular vendor at a recent festival and immediately thought of our son who could use something more substantial of his jeans and cargo pants. They were able to cut his precise size out of a roll of leather. It is substantially heavier than anything we could purchase from a store and he really likes it. Next time you are at a festival, look for the leather guys. Remember that no matter how large you are, they can cut something just for your size. Prices are always great!

Was dismayed when I saw the Confederate battle flag hung with the sign, but that is fairly common in rural Georgia. Was further dismayed at all the gun-related signage both inside and outside the store. Never have I seen so many variations on the "will shoot first and ask questions later" theme. It gave the place a pretty weird atmosphere and didn't seem to go with all the pretty decorations and quaint items on the porch. In addition to selling local produce and canned jams and honey (largely from Hillside Orchards), you may not be surprised to learn they are an authorized glock dealer. The store also carries a fair bit of hardware supplies, two crockpots of great looking boiled peanuts (regular and cajun spiced), candies, ice cream, and more. If gun lovers and Confederate apologists didn't depress me so much, it would get more than 3 stars.
