I was pleasantly surprised to see they carry some nice business casual wear as well. It is like a step child to Kohl's because they offer a limited choice of housewares from plates, to home decorations, towels, furniture, etc. They also carry shoes (a plus that they offer those fake little nylons for trying on shoes), purses, sunglasses, all that stuff. I will say that I was approached a little rudely by one of the sales ladies who made a comment about what I could or couldn't bring into the rooms to try on some clothes. Maybe she was having a crappy day or her feet hurt, who knew.

Do you think they'll offer discounts to frequent shoppers?! Here we are today, and I've YET to find anything worth buying in this palce. I stopped in last week in search of a discounted dress, but all I found were stiff, high-colored maiden frocks in clashy, bright colors. I second the reviewer below - most of the clothing reminds you of 1990s elementary school teacher style, all fit to be paired with a multi-colored macaroni necklace. Worse still, a lot of the stuff is still way expensive, especially in the homegoods department. Save your time and head to TJ Maxx, Marshall's, or Homegoods instead.

I have mostly dealt with Latrice, who is a really friendly and knowledgable sales associate. I told her what I was looking for and she brought several pieces into the fitting room for me to try until I found something I liked. I really like this aspect of shopping as I hate looking through racks and only picking out the same things I always do! Latrice even followed up on the phone to tell me about their latest promotions which is so awesome! I love saving money! My only gripe is that the prices are so high that it's almost laughable. $100 for a classic work top is just silly.

The sales associate Khloe was fantastic she found me a few pair of shorts that fit in a 12 and cheered me up. We ended up becoming friends as we found out we go to the same college. Everyone is so nice. I left feeling so much better about my body. I have really struggled lately as my formula has caused me to gain weight so it's doing it's job and that meant none of my shorts from last summer were going to fit this year. They took the…read moreold store changed the entrance so that there is only 1- before there was 2, and crammed an American Eagle plus Aerie together. I don't believe they took over another neighboring store - maybe they did - but regardless it feels cramped. It's open between the stores so you can walk in between them but I don't know if you're supposed to as there are two registers. It's very confusing. The aerie has significantly less merchandise and I didn't even see a sale section- their old location in the mall had a great sale section. We were greeted upon entering the store and everything was in top shape - everything folded neatly and presentation was spectacular - but that's because no one was in the store so it was easy to keep it clean. I came around Christmas when it was busy and it was so crowded which made it even more cramped. Their check out is in the back of the store and there is hardly any room so you had to weave in and out of displays to stay in line. The selection online is larger and cheaper - I hate to continue buying online but this store just doesn't do it for me. I honestly had such a better experience shopping in their temporary store on the bottom floor then any other previous American Eagle experience. It was clean, large, fully stocked. This floor plan is probably more practical in the long run for American Eagle but it's way too cramped. Economically I get it, but as I consumer - I don't like it!
