With 3 young boys we are almost always buy new clothes as they grow. Most of their clothes come from Old Navy. The store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate through different sections. My issue is not with the location so much as the business. When Old Navy brought out plus sizes into their stores I was ecstatic. In fact I got their credit card. But they have slowly cut back on carrying those sizes. I could barely find a 3X. And nothing on the clearance. No tshirts at all, maybe a pair of pants. And the men's department carries nothing for large men. My son needs long shirts and my husband needs a 2X. It's just sad that I constantly get referred to "our online store". I want to feel the fabric, see the colors, try them on. It could be the purchaser for this store, or it could be Old Navy. read more

This is an average Old Navy, but surprisingly limited clearance rack. I guess it had been cleaned out prior to my arrival. I always hit up the clearance rack first, because I'm a cheapskate. Although, I prefer the term frugal. Not a bad place to get some new threads. Do people still call them threads? IDK... Not much more to add... they have excellent lighting? So far the few times I've been in this location checking out takes FOREVER. This last particular time I walked right up to the cashier to return a mail order. I left 12 minutes later! Customer service is nice but very slow in my opinion. The girl couldn't do a simple store return and called for assistance. (I understand computers are great when they work LOL). Once the other girl come to assist she couldn't get the system to accept my return code via email. Next up the store manager I think....4 minutes later that person comes up. By now, there's 2 more people in line to check out so another girl opened a cash register. I really hate to give bad reviews but time and time again this store has alway struggled with prompt check outs, returns, etc. Even my husband made the comment that it always takes a long time for something that shouldn't take long. read more

Worst service ever! Rude manager to my 83 year old mother. Will never shop here again!

There's no option to select Old Navy online which is who I usually deal with so I have to do it this way. Worst customer service I've ever received. The company did not send me two of my items and I called in to see how it needed to be handled. I was told that they would send me a claim link that I would need to fill out and then they would decide if they would refund me and someone would reach out to me in two to three business days. In the meantime I would not get my items I would have to order them again and for my inconvenience they would give me free shipping which I already had with my order. I would also have to pay for the items to get them shipped to me and wait to get a refund for their mistake. Absolutely completely frustrating I have never had this problem with any other company. If they forget to send something they ship it immediately and do not charge me for it. I spend a ton of money there every year and they are willing to lose a customer over a few dollars for their mistake. Absolutely ridiculous. The person I spoke to just keep giving me the same answer over and over again. Not directly addressing my concerns. read more

Very poor customer service- especially from the manager. I was in on a Sunday morning with my two children. I just 2 weeks ago bought the shoes. They didn't fit so I needed to exchange. I bought them for full price. She would not exchange for me. I had the card I bought with. She said I had to get the money back in the mail- Never have I had such a rude person! You can never go wrong with old navy! They always have good deals he w. If it's not one thing, it's another. I always go in looking for one thing but come out with ten more things that I actually need. I tend to tell myself it isn't a bad deal anyway, so what at the hell just buy it! There rock star jeans are my favorite! Also if you are into credit cards, it is not to bad to have an old navy one. They give you cash rewards and you can use them anytime. read more
