Service was extremely friendly and efficient. Sketchers are not the cheapest shoes around, but I like their features and they have been long lasting for me, so I don't mind paying. But I do appreciate that they had a discount on the shoes we wanted, and also give a military discount, so the final price was a lot cheaper than expected. My wife also likes that this store is in the Shadow Lake shopping center so she can get a lot of her other shopping done in one trip.

If you select the option to use your own bags for pickup, there's a 90% chance they won't bag or for you even if you have provided bags for them to use. Why have "use your own bags and we will bag it for you" if the employees bringing out the pickup orders won't do it? As someone who has mobility and strength issues at times, this is extremely frustrating as I can't lift or bag my groceries without extreme pain.
